Very disappointed with experience
Ordered and paid for a cot online. It said the delivery time would be around 4 weeks, which I thought seemed quite slow but I went ahead with the order anyway. Aside for some random automated emails, had no word on its whereabouts for a month after ordering. After the delivery time passed I tried contacting the shop by phone which was impossible, and by email. I got some apologetic responses saying that they will "get back to me with updates" for a number of weeks until finally I received an email (6 weeks after ordering) that the cot had not arrived from England and would be another 2 weeks at least before it could arrive. Really disappointed with all aspects of the experience but particularly the customer service. They were difficult to contact and really didn't give me any information at any stage. Currently in the process of getting a refund which I'm hoping won't be as long or problematic.

My whole order all came within our agreed time frame. The quality of the items is amazing. The support team is so good.

Delivery times are crazy long
We have now been waiting for more than 2 months for our order which I believe is being very patient from us. But we get no updates unless asking for it and they're unable to give us clear timelines. We asked for refund so we'll see how that goes but looking at other experiences it's not going to be easy. Also they take 48 hours to give you a response.
I will not ever go through them again to buy anything as they're too unreliable.

When the high chair turned out to be a little different from what we expected, the Baby Doc customer support team quickly resolved the issue and made sure we got exactly what we wanted at the same price.
I would thoroughly recommend.

My partner and I placed a large order with BabyDoc Shop in December 2025, allowing plenty of time before our baby’s arrival. We even paid off the order weeks earlier than agreed, as I had already begun hearing concerns about delays with this business.
After making payment, I contacted the store to request an earlier delivery. I was given a delivery week commencing 18th March. That date came and went with absolutely no communication — no update, no tracking, and no explanation.
We then attended the Limerick store in person, where we were told that only parts of the order were available and that there was no information on the remaining key items, including the travel system, Nuna chair, and ISOFIX base. I was advised to contact the orders team myself, which should not have been necessary. (Especially considering I made the order in the Limerick Store?!)
When I did make contact, responsibility for the delay was shifted elsewhere rather than any clear or accountable explanation being provided. At no stage was there transparency or proactive communication regarding the status of our order.
I was then offered a display model of the travel system at a discounted price as a resolution. I was one of the very lucky ones that they even had a display model available in the colour I originally ordered, and I only accepted this to try and reduce my stress levels at the time. In reality, I would have gladly paid more elsewhere for a reliable service and clear communication.
Unfortunately, the situation worsened when I returned home and realised that parts of the bundle were missing, meaning the order was still incomplete despite accepting a substitute.
Due to the continued lack of information and certainty around the remaining item (Nuna Chair)I ultimately had no choice but to cancel the outstanding part of my order and request a refund, as I needed to source these essential items elsewhere as a matter of urgency.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful, particularly at such an important time preparing for a new baby. Customers should not have to chase basic information or deal with this level of uncertainty after making a significant purchase.
It is also important to note that this order was placed in December, and by the time I was forced to cancel items and source alternatives, it was late March — an entirely unreasonable timeframe given the lack of delivery or clear communication.
Also- when I placed the order in December I opted for delivery but due to the stress and anxiety caused by the uncertainty and lack of any tracking info/updates I felt the need to collect them all myself - causing further stress.
Preparing for a baby is stressful enough - I would highly advise to avoid this place to prevent any further stress.
I will give credit to Reanne on the orders team who was the only genuinely helpful person throughout this whole thing and the only one who got the travel system bundle sorted in the end.
However, I would have rather never had to experience any of that stress at all in the first place.

Helpful and convenient
The buggy we wanted was not in stock but when I message the WhatsApp number they were able to order it I within 4 weeks , which actually only took 3 weeks and came early with DPD.
Very happy with the product and service and communication.
They also were able to cater taking part payment one for all and the rest on card.

Customer Service online is appalling
Customer Service online is appalling. I received the baby cot with a crack and missing holes to adjust the bed to. After many emails and texts through WhatsApp they replied 2 months later. Still to this day nearly 4 months later they said i would receive a partial refund which I still have not received.
Shocking service - Disgrace
Shocking service! I ordered a Next2Me first week in January was told it would be delivered the week of the 9th of February giving me plenty of time before the baby arrived. I contacted them mid February to say I still haven’t received it and gave me a stupid excuse. It’s now the 20th of March baby arrived nearly 2 weeks ago and still no next to me. Stay clear of this place.
Amazing staff and so friendly
I went into the baby doc shop in Limerick looking for a buggy for my twins and we were met with the most friendly and helpful staff! I really wasn’t sure what I wanted when I walked in but they allowed me to put my kids into a twin buggy to see how they looked and really helped me along the way! This is my second buggy from this store and every time we are greeted with big friendly smiles! I love how they make a fuss of babies and children when they are in the store always have a snack and juice to offer. Such a friendly environment 😊
Lazy staff member in the limerick store
We bought our travel system, 2 isofix bases for both cars and a cot in the limerick store a few months ago, I had to follow up 3 times for the travel system when it hadn't arrived on the date we had picked it eventually arrived after the third time of contacting them.
We went to the store to get the isofix bases installed in the both cars last week as we are very close to baby being born. The staff that had dealt with us previously was available for installing the isofixes. when we got home we realized the isofix base in my husband's car was not correctly installed and was very wobbly. We tried to get the RSA check it fits but unfortunately they are not in the area at the moment and we are anxious to get it fixed so my husband brought it back to the limerick store and the same worker who had dealt with us for our whole experience came to help him. However he expressed she didn't seem any bit interested in helping and told my husband there was nothing wrong with the isofix. We were not happy with that and wasn't dealt with properly. My husband ended up trying to fix it himself we will have to go somewhere else to make sure it's correctly installed as we want to be safe especially for our newborn baby. We were disappointed with our experience overall. Would not recommend.

Order 14/1/26 not received yet
On 14 January 2026, I placed an order with Baby Doc Shop for a Double Out ‘n’ About Nipper stroller. The order was processed and paid for in full at the time of purchase. At no stage during the ordering process was I informed that the item was out of stock.
On 15 January 2026, I received an email advising that dispatch was expected between 9 and 20 February 2026. As of today, 19 February 2026, I have received no further update regarding the status of my order.
I have made numerous attempts to contact the company by telephone and via WhatsApp to obtain clarification. I have now been informed that it may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) to determine the whereabouts of my order, and that if I send any further messages, my enquiry will be placed at the back of the queue. I find this response entirely unacceptable.
The lack of communication and transparency regarding a fully paid order is extremely concerning and has caused unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, the level of customer service provided has been very disappointing.
