Avevo già acquistato in passato da Rallyemerchandise e non ho mai avuto problemi, questa volta invece una parte della merce arriva danneggiata. L'ordine era stato fatto il 22 dicembre, non avevo particolari urgenze, quindi sapevo che era il periodo sbagliato: il pacco arriva il 19 gennaio, complici un po' i problemi di trasporto ed un imprevisto del coriere.Inizia una lunga corrispondenza con la Sig.ra Emilia, alla fine si raggiunge un accordo per un rimborso parziale, arrivato in tempi ragionevoli.

I was put off ordering from RalleMerchandise for a long time because of the bad reviews but recently give them a try and they were excellent. The goods arrived in a week and the quality of both items i ordered is superb. So I would definitely recommend them 👌

Ordered a gift for Christmas it came the box is all damaged sent 3 emails all were ignored absolutely disgusting service not happy at all

Duties and taxes not included but definitely worth it.

Ordered 3 items. 1 (model car) arrived damaged and based on the packaging at one end being opened around the plastic, I have suspicion it was a previous damage or returned item they resold. Other two clothing items came in the wrong size. Contacted twice via email and also via Facebook with no response.

I never bother with negative feedback but this was the worst performance I’ve seen from a business I’ve dealt with. I’ll just say buyer beware as the business clearly shows zero accountability given they don’t want to even attempt to rectify a problem with their stocking (and possibly) packing.

3 weeks waiting on wrc ford t shirt paid £69 then importation tax€14 poor quality printed badges awful . Was ment be large and only medium size ….fobbed off on phone and emails I’m looking for full refund as there items could be got market stall better quality for €20 . Please stay clear and read reviews first before buying from here …. Terrible company and products june2023

Impresentables, no cumplen con su política de garantías respecto a los gastos de aduanas, y lo peor que ni te contestan a los emails, de vergüenza, nada recomendable.

Ordered a Ford M sport T shirt, firstly no shipment info, emailed them asking for details but still waiting for a reply. The item then turned up, but for the price quality is really poor, was at least expecting embroidered emblems but got printed ones instead. Pictures on the web site are grainy as well so not clear and poor information on the site as well to tell you. Emailed them looking to return the item, still waiting for a reply 5days later…Although from their FB page they are happy enough to be away watching a rally somewhere. Also, I googling the item again to double check the description of the item found it for £20 cheeper!.. I wont be purchasing from them again p@“s poor service IMO!.

Ordine effettuato a novembre, al giorno d oggi non è arrivato assolutamente nulla.... Invio email quasi tt i giorni ma m hanno risp solo una volta fine dicembre , dicendo che se nn arrivava entro il 12 Gennaio d contattarli d nuovo.. .. Era un regalo d Natale e a questo punto penso sia andato tt perso compresi i soldi... Vorrei dare una stella ma m sa nn è possibile

Absolutely rubbish. I ordered a Christmas gift on the 23rd November. Plenty of time to arrive I thought, especially when paying for postage. Money was taken from my account but had no update at all to say when my parcel was expected. Lots of marketing emails from the company but no shipping updates.
Sent an email to ask where my parcel was but had no response. Emailed again but no response at all. However I continue to get marketing emails with Christmas offers. Market less and look after customers more maybe?

I received a package a few months back and upon opening the parcel it obvious that this had been sent to a different customer previously as the package was all jumbled up and the tag was bent up - additionally I found a note inside the bag for the jacket with the previous customers details and a handwritten note saying that they didn't want the jacket. This note had all the previous customers details, billing information/addresses - really bad.

Spoke to customer support lady named Emilia and they she fobbed me off for weeks, typical!

Bought a jumper and a t-shirt: print is as expected but fabric quality is way low compared to the price payed (they use fruit of the loom basic as base).

The worst thing is that on their site it is written " All EU orders up to 150 euro are shipped through the EU IOSS system with all taxes pre-paid prior to shipment." but in the end I had to pay 20,99eur more taxes on an order of 78£ total:
- 60,99£ items
- 17,99£ shipping
- 20,99eur taxes
I guess it depends on that they ship from UK which is now out of EU.

I sent some emails to ask for explanations at 'sales at rallyemerchandise dot com', got no answer

you can imagine that the value is not worth the money.
Two stars because the print is nice only.
