We don’t know where to start with Nick Brown. When we met him he came via a recommendation and we had no idea what to expect.

He set up a plan for our home and sold it in half the time frame of the plan and instantly we were wowed. He spent an hour in our home, staging, tidying and organising and the photos made me so proud of our advert.

He came to the open house early, met with over 10 buyers on a Sunday morning, the level of commitment far surpassed what we did before.

Even after exceeding on our price he negotiated £20,000 off what we were willing to pay for our onward purchase and then spoke to us every week for four months while our sale went through. Tolerated tears and listened to our stresses and after all of it just said “this is what I’m here for”

Nick you’ve outdone yourself and we recommend you non stop.
