From the initial viewing right through to completion, Clare was professional, approachable, and always kept me updated. Communication was excellent throughout, and she was quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed information.

Buying a house can be a stressful process, but Clare made it feel as smooth and painless as possible. Her proactive approach and attention to detail helped keep everything moving along and gave me confidence throughout the purchase.

Just sold after 9 days being on the market with Sheridan Hollands of TAUK previously on the market with another estate agent for 12 weeks.
Sheridan is very good at his job, and had a different approached to marketing our property, which certainly did help.
Sheridan was available 7 days a week, helped us to understand how to present our property at its best, to potential buyers .
Sheridan accompanied us to one of our viewings which was very helpful, his trained eye's did see potential, along with small faults that we would of missed.
The analysis Sheridan did on sales of similar properties helped us to negotiate on our next property.

Photographs, video and the use of a drone, which gives you a aerial view of your property which was fantastic.

We came to Tracey and Ian Fisher at TAUK after having worked with a large estate agent group for the best part of a year.

Our large, extremely old, beautiful but unique family home of 40 years was always going to need the right buyer, not being a generic sort of property, we knew that. Unfortunately the estate agents we worked with, though keen and committed at the start, soon became distant as the months went on. There seemed to be no effort to market the property to the specific potential buyers in the area and any queries around that from us just resulted in "put the price down". We had very few viewings and no offers.

We then began working with Tracey. From the outset her approach was personal, responsive and extremely efficient. She really took the time to get to know the property and us before marketing it in a much more targeted way, thinking outside the box and encouraging us to keep the faith as "the right person definitely is out there and we only need one"! Possibly the aspect of Tracey that impressed us the most was her ability to understand that this was a very emotive situation, particularly for my elderly father.

Viewings quickly followed and Tracey kept us updated and gave honest feedback. She was available to chat pretty much anytime and her attention never wavered once throughout the process. Within a few months the perfect buyers were found and the sale commenced. Tracey held our hands during this emotional time and it really was pretty easy with her constant support.

On the day of completion Tracey came to see my dad with a beautiful painting she'd had made of the cottage with the dates he'd lived there. It was such a kind gesture and so typical of Tracey's incredible kindness and care.

She is a very special person who is somehow able to make an emotional, stressful process like this feel not only calm but also meaningful. Truly one of the most outstanding people we've ever met and we'd now never use anyone else. Highly, highly recommended.

From day one Adam stood out from the other estate agents who visited my property. He saw the potential, helped me make it more sellable (it had been rented out) and was kind and understanding when I found the whole process a bit emotional. After being on the market what felt like forever and one fallen through sale, it was pretty obvious to Nick I was at my wits end! He had the uncomfortable conversations around pricing and valuations and I’m so glad he did. When many agents promise you £1000s in profit, Nick’s valuation and advice was honest and meant that I secured a sale after relisting the house with him within a matter of weeks! The marketing was amazing and the house had never looked so good! The sale took longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances but Nick kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nick is always at the end of the phone and will answer any questions around the clock (I don't know how he does it!) thanks to Nick for an excellent job well done!

Sheridan has been nothing short of amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable; he was always available any time we had a question or concern. Equally when we hit a few hurdles during the process he was constantly pushing and driving the sale for us.
