I have been a client of AP Morgan stourbridge Lettings since 2021. My experience has been a very positive one, all staff are very polite and helpful. I would like to give a special mention to Jess @ Stourbridge branch, for always going that extra 10 miles and more, keeping me fully updated at every stage, she is definitely a asset to the company, also Abdul is very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

I viewed two houses today with Jacqui and her knowledge and personableness were really appreciated! She was the best agent I have viewed with yet! Thank you so much ☺️

A massive shout out to Joe Phillips and all the team at A.P Morgan Redditch and all the people from other teams that have helped make this process so smooth and comfortable and for ALWAYS going the extra mile above and beyond to help us. Nothing is to much trouble for these guys and the team at Chapter Law and Gavin from Wiser mortgage. Would recommend these guys 1000% to assist with any adjectives of buying or selling a property.

Laura showed me round Chimney Pot Cottage. She had clearly mastered her brief and was charming, helpful and professional. The viewing was a very pleasant experience even though on reflection the property wasn't right for me.

Viewed a home via AP Morgan. I first emailed interest via RightMove and got a call back. Agent was knowledgeable and honest about property condition. She listened to my needs and was able to offer good points of view.

Viewing with Corinne went well, she was punctual and polite. I didn't feel rushed at all.

Shaana was very welcoming and put me straight at ease, she was knowledgeable regarding the property I went to view and really helpful in other aspects such as arranging to speak to another mortgage advisor

We sold our house through AP Morgan and all the staff were really welcoming and friendly from start to finish.
A VERY special mention to Ilene, we met Ilene on a viewing and she was so kind and made me and my husband, and our 4 year old son, very welcome. She conducted a few of the viewings on our house too and she was always very professional and a joy to be around.
Ilene then looked after us in after sales and she was extremely supportive, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. If it wasn’t for her help and support throughout our whole moving house experience, everything could have fallen through 4 months down the line. We are extremely grateful for everything she did for us.
Ilene is a credit to the team, and although we are now hoping to be in our forever home so do not plan to move again, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AP Morgan to family and friends.

Laura was a great and attentive showing us the house. She knew the details and was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed meeting her and having her as our agent.

Jacqui Brooks is the first Agent that has shown me round a house in my recent search and not made me feel rushed, answered questions honestly and was happy to go and find out the additional information I have requested.
I’ve looked at quite a few in recent weeks because I’m not sure what I’m looking for.

Shaana was a really helpful guide, she has been very friendly and knowledgeable at all the viewings I've seen her in. Approachable, on time, welcoming, and not overbearing.

AP Morgan are very organised and made it easy to book viewings, unlike other estate agencies.
