Chapter Law were frustrating throughout our house sale and purchase. Our solicitor, Beverley, seemed to need a huge amount of chasing to progress anything. When we explained how frustrating the delays were there was no empathy or understanding. We frequently felt that she couldn't get us off the phone quick enough. We were in almost the shortest chain possible, and yet our conveyancing timeline was weeks longer than the UK average. We were told on multiple occasions that completion would be 'by the end of next week, etc, but then it wouldn't happen and it would be up to us to chase and work out why. Very disappointing and would definitely not recommend this company.
