I have recently just purchased the ‘that girl transformation package’ and it did not disappoint. I received an in depth guide of my soft summer palette which included best and worst colours to wear, my most suited hair colour/hair style, my body type and most flattering styles to wear and most flattering makeup and colours. The results explained why each section suited me with different styles to use. I would 100% recommend and I can’t wait to go out and start styling my colour palette :) x

I have been following That Girl Concept on Instagram for a while now. I personally think she is the most accurate and informative as far as the seasons are concerned. I personally love all of the makeovers she shows on her Instagram page. It amazes me how she intuitively knows what season a person is and what colors, as far as makeup and clothing, would look on a client. I got her service specifically to know my season, which is deep autumn, and now I look forward to receiving my make up color analysis. What I was sent was so informative and will keep me from buying clothing that does not compliment me just because I like the color. I will have to save for my hair makeover, but I love what she recommended. I highly recommend That Girl Concept for anybody.

The guide was detailed and laid out in such an easy way that I can pull up for reference anytime!! The renderings are so so great and it really helped to visualize my ideal tones and styles. Will absolutely be pulling this up on my phone every time im out shopping for clothes or makeup!!!

All in all, I was happy and excited about the results I got!! Package delivered all the results that were included, haircut option, hair colors, brow advice, etc. I was also pleasantly surprised when she delivered my makeup aesthetic ( no idea I fit the strawberry girl aesthetic !). I was shocked on how into detail it went on how to actually achieve these results, as well as how specific the instructions to give to hair dressers and brow tailors. Very happy with how informational it all seemed. The only thing I had a slight issue with was with the changes made to my face/bone structure. When compared side by side, my retouched image had slightly widened up the bottom part of my bone structure (on only one side of my face lol!) My nose also looks a tad bit slimmer when compared to my original pic. But, even with these slight issues, I know it won’t make too much of a difference when I actually follow through with the incredible advice I was given. I’m fairly certain I will still be able to look as nice as the retouched photo haha! I can’t wait to follow through on these suggestions, and I would deffo recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fresh change.

My goal in 2026 is to make myself feel confident and glow again. THE FIRST step I took was to get my guide from TheGirlConcept. I was little sceptic but when I got it I was amazed by the colors and gave it a try! I have never tought I would ROCK the colours! I have rozacea and colour-matching helped so my face look nice and neutral and not red.

This is clearly someone using generic AI software and rushing through lots of people’s profiles with little care and attention.
I received my analysis which was completely wrong for my winter colouring. They gave me warm Amber hair and warm make up and then gaslit me telling me that I’m a winter and I’m just not used to seeing myself that way. You can’t make it up.

Also, my first mock up was clearly AI and it made my jawline and cheekbones wider when I requested no surgical changes. TGC denied doing this and told me I was wrong. I layered my original image over the new on in photoshop and the difference was insane. Yet I was told I was incorrect.

Look, I’ll be really honest - this probably is someone with experience using AI programs to mock people up. Fine. But what I’m so disappointed with is that the service was not tailored to me, and when I called it out they tried to make me the problem with copy and paste generic paragraph responses (most likely AI also).
TGC did revise my image for a second time and surprise surprise my face was not augmented! But the colour was wrong - I have the palest white skin and dark features yet she chose warm colours. When I highlighted this, she then tried to gaslight me. This is not professional. She denied me a refund. I cannot use this recommendation as it is not suitable for my colouring.

Anyone can do this with AI but I wanted to pay for a professional with experience. This is not what I got. Money down the drain.

I recently had an online colour, face and Kibbe body analysis with That Girl Concept and it has genuinely been such a good decision ✨

I knew my colouring had shifted with age. As hair greys and skin softens, something that used to work just… wasn’t. I was dyeing my hair darker and darker, using sprays for thinning bits, buying make up that never quite looked cohesive, and still feeling a bit flat 😅

Being analysed as a Soft Summer and advised to go lighter, even blonde, completely shocked me at first. I did wonder whether to trust the process because I'd seen so many of the posts around "blond blindness" and I didn't want to fall into that trap.

After just one lightening session, I can already see the difference. The softer shade blends so much more easily with my grey and lifts my whole face. I look fresher, gentler, more harmonious. The make up recommendations have been brilliant too. No more frumpy mum energy. I see someone polished, glowing and pulled together 🪞✨

The Kibbe body analysis has given me a new lens as well. I have not fully leaned into it yet, but I am experimenting more intentionally with shapes and fabrics. I love a Vinted scroll and adore second hand finds ♻️ but actually, being clear on my body shape and best colours means fewer impulse buys and more thoughtful staples. I am buying less, but better. And that feels grown up in the best way 👗

I have seen some of the negative reviews and honestly cannot relate. My experience was nothing but warm, thoughtful and thorough. I felt listened to and supported throughout 🤍

For me, this has been about alignment rather than reinvention… and that feels really good.

I was absolutely blown away by my guide, it came a little late but the wait was well worth it. The transformation looks realistic for me to do and is absolutely amazing, I feel like the stylist has picked up on exactly what makes me look my best, it’s just amazing 🤩
