Adding to the chorus-- it's a SCAM! Like others, I made my purchase, did not receive a confirmation page upon payment, was charged more than the product I supposedly purchased (nearly double), couldn't get in touch with anyone to sort it out... Immediately I began to feel funny about it and did some digging to find these testimonies. When I reached out to my bank, they confirmed that they company was attempting to charge me in Indonesian Rupiah. Lucky for me, I may be able to block the transaction still, but I will definitely be doing my due diligence on business websites before making purchases in the future!

Warning about my experience with Glowera.ae
I placed an order with Glowera.ae for an led mask and paid for it, but [I did not receive an order confirmation / the item was not delivered / the company did not respond to my messages.
The payment appeared as ALT*Legindily Hong Kong and the money was deducted in USD even though I clicked on AED. which was not what I expected when ordering from a website presented as a UAE retailer.
As of [28/07/2026], I have contacted the company umpteen times through [email/WhatsApp/contact form] and have not received a satisfactory response or refund.
I have now raised a dispute with my bank and reported the matter to the appropriate UAE authorities. THESE ARE A BUNCH OF people who SCAMMERS!!!
This post describes my personal experience, and I have retained the payment receipt, screenshots and correspondence.

Unfortunately I didn't check any reviews before I've made an order. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. They didn't send payment confirmation. They didn't send order!
My payment went to London company, not UAE!!!

Glowera is scam!!! BE AWARE!

This website is a scam. I ordered the Led Mask from Current body and like the previous review, i got charged in Euro and i did not receive any confirmation email since yesterday. Already blocked my card, raised a dispute with the bank and will be reporting them to ecrime.ae

I PLACED AN ORDER LED Red Light Therapy Face Mask: Series 2 WHICH GAVE ME 10% DISCOUNT AT CHECKOUT BUT WHEN THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH I WAS CHARGED IN EUROS 329.9 WHICH IS 1414AED AND I DID NOT GET THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL NOTHING WHEN I TRIED REACHING OUT TO THE COMPANY I FOUND OUT THERE IN N O LOCAL NUMBER EMAILS ARE NOT GETTING DELIVERD I DONT KNOW IF THIS COMPANY IS LEGIT IM WORRIED AND I HAVE RAISED THE CONCERNS WITH THE DED ABU DHABI

WARNING: these are scammers!!!

They tried to charge me twice in Iraqi dinars!!! Please do not trust this company.
