Good service right from the first phone call. Very helpful information given to my questions. Fitting arranged at home and fitter arrived prompt on the appointed day. Fitting completed and instructions given. Follow up phone call a few weeks later to check all was well. Highly recommend.

Young lady who helped us was a delight, nothing was too much trouble. She was very encouraging, letting me try machines, which although I never purchased on the day, left me with good and positive thoughts for the future. She promised to contact me if and when a second hand scooter that I liked the look of, came up in the future.

Refuse to release diagrams of mobility scooter so I can troubleshoot and fix the issue myself. Instead these grifters want to charge a minimum of £600 to fix the headlight. Appalling company. This was my third scooter from them but never again. Disgusting disgusting disgusting

Appauling customer service, I ordered a part on a priority next day delivery on Friday 12:30 lunchtime
Tuesday 12:30 no delivery no, called and told someone would call me back to advise, 3 hours later still no call
Called back and still no status on whether item had been dispatched
Total incompetence do not use

It took 2 attempts for TGA to send my item to no avail via Royal Mail then DPD delivered the item. Where the 2 items sent to Royal Mail ended up I have no idea. A few days delivery turned into a month long wait for a rear view mirror.TGA customer services were very good and approachable when I phoned to complain about non delivery. I took a star off for the time it took to get my mirror. I am loathe to buy from any company that uses Royal Mail as they are totally useless.

I am very happy with my new electric wheelchair and I have to tell you that your young man ( Eddie ) did an excellent job in demonstrating the chair.
He was patient, considerate and thoughtful; not at all pushy but at the same time did a very good job in helping me make my decision to buy.

Having now used the chsir I am delighted with it
It is both comfortable and the controls are so easy to use.
You have a very satisfied customer !!

I wanted to purchase a TGA Zest Plus scooter , I rang up to place the order but was quoted over 2 weeks for delivery , this seemed a rather long time to wait for a not inexpensive scooter , I managed to get one elsewhere within 8 days

When I called Gabriella was very helpful and suggested a home demonstration of the solo and duo power pack. Greg came and explained all the benefits of both units and we could test drive the duo on the wheelchair he brought. We decided on the solo and Greg made sure it could be fitted to our chair as the tubing wasn’t round. We took delivery a couple of weeks later. Greg explained again how it all worked and demonstrated how to assemble and disassemble. No pressure selling, very professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Used it straight away and got up hills we won’t have attempted without the power pack. No aches or pains from pushing

Disappointing experience overall. I placed my order, only to find out 10 days later, after I contacted customer service, that the item was actually out of stock. There was no proactive communication, despite the lengthy delay, which meant I had to source the item elsewhere at short notice.

The only positive was that customer service responded quickly to my email and processed the cancellation and refund promptly. Better stock management and communication would have made for a much better experience.

Whilst the purchase of a Duo Power Pack for my husband’s wheelchair transformed both our lives in making people and places accessible, I am unhappy with some aspects of the kit.
A taxi driver banged the key when taking the wheelchair onboard. It snapped off in the lock as it was very flimsy. A new one was pricey and I’m told that the keys are frequently broken. I also had to replace the hand controller with half a key stuck in it. Also pricey.
The wires leading into the main control unit beyond the battery became horribly frayed as they were rubbing against the wheels. The power pack stopped and started intermittently so my son kindly repaired the leads with self-amalgamating electric tape before they could cut through completely. He also fitted a cable tie to the leads so that they couldn’t rub again.
During the last couple of months the power pack has been erratic, sometimes won’t and sometimes will start. The controller flashes and won’t connect. The local supplier has checked the battery and hand controller and both are fine. It apparently needs a new control box - very pricey, evenalthough the thing is still under guarantee.
Because tape was used to mend the leads, the guarantee is nullified. My point would be that the leads should never find themselves subject to abrasion from the rest of the unit in the first place. The machine was misbehaving before the tape went on and now it’s misbehaving again.
My husband is bed and chair bound. He can’t get into the wheelchair without a special stand. This power pack has been our lifeline. We are disappointed.

I have2 scooters and this the best I love the colour wheels look fabulous and the canopy is fabulous

The crossbar holding the power unit becomes detached. The replacement springs I ordered and paid for have still not been supplied after 5 weeks. Out of stock is the reason given.
