Great Customer Service
Despite having the wrong order sent out twice, the customer service i received was second to none. When I visited the store to take the wrong panels back they couldnt apologise enough for the mistake.

Put an appointment with an engineer…
Put an appointment with an engineer have been waiting six weeks to be told on the Friday, because I hadn’t had a confirmation to then be told it had changed without even informing me and I will have to wait another three weeks so total nine weeks to get a Repair, not very happy with the service you have have to wait months to get any kind of repair done would never recommend TGA mobility customer Service do not care they are not bothered at all that you call and booked a Repair two weeks before the six weeks holidays and that you was unable to use the power pack and wouldn’t be able to push the Wheelchair been stuck indoors whole six weeks holidays it’s a joke. Need to get more engineers all they care about is taking your money and charging you a fortune for a Service that isn’t even provided effectively would never recommend TGA mobility.

Very Helpful
The experience we had with Carl you can not fault it he was so helpful explaining very clearly everything we needed to know, taking time to make sure I know exactly what to do. Highly recommended, thank you Carl, only one problem he’s a spurs fan and we are Chelsea.( haha )
