Had a wonderful experience with you guys, extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to help, i asked for a very prompt delivery because i was on the last minute checking kit as usual 🤦🏻‍♂️ ‘ i will learn ‘ I promise. Despatched the same day and arrived the next, super super efficient.

I had an issue with a pole on my recently purchased Southern Cross 1, which I bought from Terra Nova as a factory second. I was worried the'second' status might affect the guarantee, but I emailed with photos and Gopinath in the customer service team replaced the pole without hesitation. Got my new pole in a couple of days, in time for for my next trip! I've had six Terra Nova/Wild Country tents over the years and they have all been fantastic. I've used other brands and only a Macpac tent I had came close in quality. Top tip -avoid Nordisk like the plague! They look great on paper, but are like a paper bag on the hill! :)

First time buying a tent from Terra Nova. After some initial advice from Gopinath, I recently bought a Quasar. I had some minor issues with inner fly, but after calling customer service and a brief email exchange, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Gopinath was polite, professional and extremely helpful. I was really impressed with how quickly my query was resolved and I'd definitely recommend Terra Nova to anyone looking for high quality products and excellent customer service. Well done!

Website stock was inaccurate - bought tent that was not in stock. Found out a few days later after emailing for update. Customer service since that point has been really good.

Recently bought my second terra nova tent, based on the outstanding quality and usability and ‘bombproof’ nature of our Ultra Quasar (now has decades of use). And the Laser Compact 1 is the same. One wee query to customer services replied to inside the hour (wanted to check something re pitching) which made my life even easier.
Pitched in minutes, easily (just as well when it’s subzero) in the middle of the night, and inside and protected in no time.
Terra Nova tents meet my two criteria outside simple stuff like pack ability and usability and then some
1. Easy to put up (in inclement conditions)
2. Can handle anything the weather (or I) throw at them.
