Very efficient customer service - great quality products

The waterproofing of the floor is very poor, I have to dry my mattress every morning.A 3000 mm tent is more better than terra nova tent.

Gopinath was absolutely outstanding in helping me with my issue. I am currently cycling Australia and had an issue with my tent. Gopinath went above and beyond to find me a solution for my problem to enable no interruptions during my trip. In all honesty this has been the best service I have ever received from any company. I can't rate the service from Terra Nova any more highly and has put me in a position where I wouldn't think twice when the time comes in buying another tent from Terra Nova due to help/ support given in this case. If your looking for a great product and absolutely outstanding customer care/ service this is the company. Thanks for everything Gopinath.

I recently purchased the Pioneer Two, it's an excellent tent but sadly I had a small issue with the inner however their customer service was excellent and they have sent out a replacement. The whole process took about 10 days between me sending the inner back for inspection and them sending me a replacement inner. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because of the issue in the first place but they took care of it so I'm happy to recommend Terra Nova as a company.

Fast delivery excellent customer service

I have been aware of the brand for many years and know of it’s quality.Also I watch a lot of YouTube (Paul Messner and Andy Beavers,they both have trusted your tents too.

I bought the pioneer 2 in 2023. I was happy with the quality of the material used on the fly and inner, but after using it a couple of times in good condition I noticed that the red pole had a profound bend in it. I contacted terra nova, and was asked to send some pictures, was then told “ the poles where supposed to take on the shape of the tent” ehh. Re contacted, and was told if I sent them to terra nova that they would have a look. Can’t be bothered, pole still does the job, but not sure about terra nova’s own new poles

Unreliable shipping dates. I waited during weeks to receive the ordered material. Missing proactive information. I only got information about production delays (delayed twice) after actively asking to the customer service.

Ordered new pegs for my Helm Compact 2 tent and they were with me within 36 hours of ordering. Quality product with customer service to match. Tick all round

This company is not what it used to be and their standards ranging from manufacturing in china to their customer service is truly shocking. They really don’t care.

Time to try another brand....

I purchased a replacement flysheet direct from Terra Nova. After only a few years, careful storage and very little use, the seam tape on the new flysheet has failed (maybe 10 nights in total on mountain adventures, having conciously used the older flysheet still for more casual camping). Happy to accept that sometimes these things happen, I sent the flysheet back to Terra Nova for repair. I soon received a short reply only to hear that there is nothing they can do and seemingly had very little interest in retifying the issue in any way. I was shocked at how poor the customer service was, sending me back a few short disinterested and dismissive emails. Reading a few of the other reviews here, this seems like a common theme.

To hear that the flysheet is already a write-off with limited use, gives me little confidence in terra nova as a high-end contender brand anymore. To directly quote the Terra Nova website……. ‘Award-winning products that perform in any condition and stand the test of time’…… ‘Our main aim is to create products that last; it’s not uncommon for our tents to last up to 30 years!’ …. ‘We also offer a repair service, to help keep our tents in use for as long as possible’. Is any of this actually true????; especially, given that at the first sign of a niggle a few years in, I sent the flysheet instantly back to the manufacturer for professional repair, only to receive a negative response. Not great news for a trustworthy British brand; or is this perhaps yet another brand that lives off prior historical reputation and success, despite letting standards slip.

Most dissapointing of all was the customer service.
