I had a great experience with the Teamson customer service team. They were able to provide replacement parts for my fountain, and when it turned out that they didn’t solve the issue, they fully refunded me for the parts.

I have had multiple situations of product failure. I have been amazed and greatly impressed with how professionally and quickly my product issues have been handled by the Teamson service department. It has been an unusually good experience.

Wow!!! Our lawn guy accidentally whacked the pump cord with a weed eater. I reached out to Teamson and got an AMAZING response. They didn't have to, but they replaced the cord!!! We LOVE our beautiful navy blue 3-tiered fountain in the garden and we are so thankful to have it back up and running again!

Great cabinet.

I have been out of a substance abuse treatment center for a couple of months. As part of my ongoing recovery, it is very important to find things that bring peace and tranquility into my life. I have made myself a small indoor zen garden. All it has been lacking is a water element. The four tiered fountain is perfect for my garden’s centerpiece! The sound of the water trickling brings me the peace that is vital for my recovery. At night, the LED puts a a warm calming light. That, and the trickling water puts my in a place of calm relaxation.

They make the perfect fountain for hummingbirds (and others flock to it too). It's design allows them to bathe and drink out of the top pool and many grasp the sculpting on the waterfall part. They absolutely love it and it's keeping them healthier as hummingbirds need to clean their feathers daily due to the sticky nectar they pick up. The red color, light and sound of water draws them in. I highly recommend it, plus, I've worked with their customer service department and found them to be first rate. It's a good company too.

The tuxedos are nicely constructed and wrapped in plastic. The package was delivered promptly.

Fairly easy to put together.

My fountain pump suddenly stopped working. I contacted their customer service department and after sending some pictures they requested, my replacement plump was shipped to me. Easy process and I’m glad my purchase was with a reputable company.

Great customer service. My pump went out and a rep told me it has a yr warranty. They were currently out of stock so they sent me a complete new fountain! If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. They also communicated very well throughout the transaction. I love these fountains!

Found exactly what I was looking for at a decent price.

Received a solar fountain as a gift, but a part was broken. I contacted Teamson and they immediately responded and sent a replacement part. Very happy with the service I received and with the fountain.

I ordered 2 lamps and they arrived in a timely manner and I just love them. We’re using them for a reading lamp that can shine right down on the book, and plenty of space for getting up and down in the chair without bumping into it. And they give my living room a modern touch which would otherwise be very English Country.

This lion wall fountain is very nice looking and the pump that is included has a light feature, which is fun. It was easy to mount on our patio wall.

The fountain was well packed in the box and easy to put together. It looks great and works quite well, too.

We ordered a lighted vanity for our granddaughter but had an issue with some of the lights. Teamson responded promptly and helped us rectify the problem. Our granddaughter loves the vanity.

Just finished putting together my linen cabinet 7961/7336. from the moment I opened the box I knew I had a prime product. From just the way it was package to everything being there and all fitting as it should. Thank you, I would recommend your product every time.

We bought a play kitchen. While very cute, the door to the fridge no longer latches shut after less than a few days and the door to the oven is balky and impossible too open. Some of the pieces were scratched up when we opened the box to assemble. The quality is not quite as good as we would have hoped for. Also wish there was less branding on the kitchen and accessories. Feels like it’s just for insta.

This company doesn’t even deserve a review. I bought one of the resin water fountains off Amazon, it clearly says it comes with a manufacturer 30 day warranty. After 3 weeks the pump stopped working. I called teamson and was asked to send proof of the purchase. I sent them proof of the purchase and then was told because I bought it from Amazon that they could not honor the warrantee. This company does not stand behind their products and could care less about customer satisfaction. They should not be in business.
