Ordered the light house water fountain. The details and colors are great. The rotating light wasn’t rotating. I called customer service and was sent a replacement. No hassle and fast delivery. Real nice fountain.

I needed extra storage above the toilet. This is a well-constructed small cabinet that matched other cabinets in the bathroom.
This makes it easy to have supplies readily available.

Teams on has been great to work with. My bank credit card told me they didn’t let the original charge go through. So I ordered it again. Well the original charge did go through so I got two kitchens! lol. Teams on was terrific and emailed me a return label right away and sent me a refund. The kitchen is awesome also. I’m giving it to my granddaughter for her first birthday. We opened it to be sure it was in good condition and it was great! I would highly recommend this company!

Well made, easy to put together and fast shipping

I had a problem with an item I bought. Contacted Teamson response was quick and a solution offered that I was very happy with.

Doll was beautiful and perfect. Better than expected and shipping was pretty fast also.

I ordered a solar fountain from Wayfair and after 45 days, the on/off button on the back of the solar panel went bad. Teamson as the manufacturer, replaced the solar panel at no charge. The communication with their Customer Service was exceptional. Very responsive and easy to work with by email. Will not be afraid to purchase products by Teamson in the future. Thank you

I must admit we were a little nervous about buying the table because the price was so amazing. Even though it’s not marble, you can't tell. It’s not too heavy and was very easy to put together. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an affordable yet beautiful piece for your home. It shipped very quickly and we received it in a couple of days.

Great fountain, promptly delivered, very special

Purchased a small cabinet with a glass door. As I was putting it together, I accidentally broke one of the components. I contacted Teamson and they requested more detail and photos, which I provided. They checked inventory and shipped me the replacement panel immediately. Great customer service and very quick response.

I bought a Teamson doll stroller about 5 years ago. After nearly daily use by 2 granddaughters, the stroller is still in great shape but the front wheel recently came loose and a critical part was lost. I contacted Customer Care, hoping that I might be able to purchase a replacement part. They responded to my email within an hour and sent a replacement part at no charge, even though the stroller is years out of warranty. My granddaughters are thrilled to have their doll stroller back, and I will be happy to buy more Teamson products!
