Placed an order for a solar water feature , delivery 3 to 5 working days stated on product. Two weeks on and still no goods delivered. I contacted the firm and they replied l ordered a pre sale item and it would be dispatched from the 10th of August, a month after I ordered it . Why wasn't this started on the website when ordering my argument is ,as I would have gone else where .

Item sent really quickly. Not opened yet as the item is a gift so can't say anything about it until then.

Der Brunnen wurde schnell geliefert, leider gibt es eine Ersatzpumpe nicht im Shop zu kaufen und wie und wo es eine Pumpe erhältlich ist bzw. die genaue Bezeichnung konnte oder wollte man auch nicht beantworten. Erster und letzter Kauf im Shop.

I ordered the "Teamson Kids Unicorn Vanity Set" through Tesco Marketplace on 20 June, a full week ahead of a little girl's birthday, precisely so there would be a safety margin and nothing could go wrong. The confirmed delivery window was 23–24 June.
It never arrived. Instead I got a chain of broken promises: delayed to Thursday "late at night," then to Friday "late at night," and then the final insult ... at 7:13pm an email said it would arrive between 7 and 9pm, and at 7:14pm, one minute later, the status changed to "unable to deliver, we'll try the next working day." A genuine delivery attempt does not begin and fail inside sixty seconds. Make of that what you will; in my view that parcel was never coming.
When the delivery started slipping, I tried to contact Teamson directly... and even that failed. I then emailed them around 2:00pm setting out my concerns, and received no response at all. To be left completely unanswered, with a child's birthday hours away, is about as poor as customer service gets.
What made it worse still is that Tesco Marketplace gives you no control whatsoever once you've ordered. There is no option to chase the order, no option to amend it, and no option to cancel it ... nothing. As the delivery slipped day after day, I could only sit and watch, with no button to press and no way to take action myself. For a platform carrying the Tesco name, that absence of basic order management is genuinely poor.
The result: three evenings wasted waiting in, a child's birthday gift that is now worthless because the date has passed, and tomorrow morning spent running around the city trying to find and gift-wrap a replacement at the last minute. The entire point of ordering a week early was to avoid exactly this.
Teamson chose to ship through Evri, a courier with a well-known reputation for delivery problems, and that decision sits with the seller. When you order a children's toy as a gift, the date is the whole point ... a company selling toys should understand that better than anyone.
If your purchase has any deadline attached to it, my honest advice is do not buy from this seller via Tesco Marketplace. For a no-rush order you might be fine. For a birthday, a Christmas present, anything that has to arrive by a certain day ... the combination of an unreliable courier, a seller who won't answer, and a system that won't let you cancel or chase is simply not worth the risk. I am now pursuing a full refund.

Awful service. Ordered via Wilko, promised delivery 18th June. Courier which is Evri has not even received item on 19th June. Avoid at all costs, pay more and get better service and all that goes with it like decent customer support from caring staff

I actually ordered the wrong item and they cancelled it for me very quickly and got a refund.

After seeing a wall waterfall in our neighbour's garden, we decided to order one over bank holiday weekend. Order delivered promptly a few days later and we are really pleased with the product. Not only does it look impressive but offers good value for reasonable price.

This product was delivered quickly and once it arrived it was simple to construct. The waterfall purchase is soothing, beautiful and a great addition to my home.

Ich habe beide Brunnen erhalten. Einen (den größeren mit Steinschalen) hatte ich bei OBI bestellt, den kleineren (mit Krügen) direkt bei Ihnen. Beide machen einen soliden Eindruck. Der kleinere Brunnen hat einen schönen Überlauf und plätschert, während der größere nur einen dünnen Strahl abgibt. Die Abdeckungen für die Kabel auf der Rückseite fehlen, obwohl sie im Werbevideo zu sehen sind. Ein weiteres, und das ist ein großes Problem, ist, dass man den Brunnen nicht vollständig entleeren kann (es gibt keinen Abflussstopfen). Das ist besonders im Winter problematisch, da der Brunnen draußen auf der Terrasse steht und Eis ihn beschädigen könnte.

fantastic water feature & arrived in les than 24hours

Purchased a water fountain back in 2022, come 2023 it wasn’t working so contacted teamson who offered some advice to which I replied it still wasn’t working, to which I received no reply. Contacted them again in 2025, still nothing. Contacted them again in 2026 to which I was told it was no longer covered by warranty. I told them I had contacted them in 2023 before the year warranty expired to which they conveniently said they never received message. I sent screenshots as proof I’d messaged but apparently this still wasn’t good enough. They have now decided to stop replying to my emails once again. Absolutely disgusting “customer service” will never purchase another teamson item
