Placed order 30/8/25 still not received on 11/9/25 tried phoning no answer I gave up after 35mins even though I was told I was first in the queue, sent message to custom support heard back saying confirm order no. again . When placed order said delivery 3 to 5 days. Money been taken out of account but no goods . Very annoying. Please contact me TeamsonUK.

Ich warte seit 2 Monaten auf meine Retoureabwicklung! Die Ware wurde beim Kauf bereits bezahlt. Ich spreche nicht von einer kleinen Summe, sondern von 600€! Auf Nachfragen meinerseits wird seit Monaten nicht geantwortet. Nun muss richtig rechtlich da vorgehen!!! Finger weg von dem Unternehmen.

Arrived in time and doll house size is great, sturdy and the wooden furniture is a great size too. Colours are also neutral and catchy. Daughter really loves it and plays for hours.

When I ordered my water feature I didn't realise it was a pre ordered and that I would have to wait so long for delivery. When it arrived it was well packed and in good order. When I got it working I was delighted the gentle stream of water very calming
