Water feature
Having purchased a water feature and set up, only 2 months ago it has now stopped working, having tried to contact customer service and waiting on the phone for over an hour, and still not getting any answer, I would not recommend using this company very very poor customer service

This really is a beautiful fountain
This really is a beautiful fountain. I only knocked a star off for the stones that come with it. 1) Some are too small and fell into the water base 2) There’s not enough of them. I have bought some white, small pebbles.
A part from the stones, I really can’t fault it.

AVOID COMPANY!
Bought a fire pit from them through Amazon and Set this up yesterday following the instructions and had it on for the 2nd time in the day for 15 minutes this evening, was fine first of all then all of a sudden a couple of the rocks exploding hitting me and my new seating. SO lucky that it didn't hit my face!!
Also contacted customer service and Charlotte was condescending and rude, the only thing she could say was "Keep away from the unit for the first 20 minutes after igniting your unit for the FIRST TIME"
NOTE THAT IT SAYS FIRST TIME!!
When I told customer service that this was the 2nd time we had used it I stopped getting replies!
Would not recommend this company, feel really let down and disappointed. Now out of my own pocket I have to replace the damaged furniture which is going to cost me £115. THANKS TEAMSON
