Friendly staff and professional

The driver was very patient and understanding while still being flexible. Wish there were more companies out there who contracted people like that. Very greatful and appreciative of how my driver went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Professional customer service on the phone and movers were very professional and diligent. We had to change details for our move and customer service did so with no problem. On day of move the movers were helpful and diligent. I hate moving but these guys make it better

Second time I used this app for a move where I was canceled on less than 48 hours before. The first time no one was rebooked but the second time I was lucky enough to have someone who was great and made my move a breeze. The added stress of that makes me not was to use this again for a move.

Primary contact did not show up and could not be reached. This was the third person that showed interest. The others backed out. A helper did show up and call his brother to help. The service isn't really reliable and the people may or may not be equipped to do the job. It's like Uber for movers and you just don't know if who you get is going to be any good.

Tasker Omar V was great! On time and very careful. Scheduling was very easy. Omar was very patient when he ended up stuck in a log jam of traffic around my daughter's dorm. Only feedback for Taskrabbit (which may be on me) was that I could not figure out how to message him, even when logged in. Did not impact our service. I just wanted to provide new info on the traffic and dorm timing and wasn't sure how to get that to him.

If I could give this experience zero stars, I would! This was an absolutely terrible moving experience from beginning to end. The movers arrived unprepared and did not have the proper tools needed to disassemble and reassemble my furniture. They spent an excessive amount of time trying to figure out how to take things apart, which caused the move to take much longer than it should have.

Even worse, my furniture was broken, and my TV was damaged because it was not properly protected during the move. They also left two large pieces of my furniture outside my home because they could not figure out how to bring them inside. I hired professional movers because I expected them to have the necessary experience, equipment, and ability to handle my belongings safely. Instead, I was left with damaged property, furniture sitting outside, and additional problems that I now have to pay someone else to resolve.

This experience was completely unacceptable, extremely stressful, and not worth the amount I was charged. I would not recommend this moving service to anyone.

Horrible communication from delivery person… we had to explain to him so many times where to go and want to pick up took him forever to understand took way too long and he forgot some items also which delayed the installation of our closet completely

Very Disappointing Experience

The movers were 2 hours and 45 minutes late, which was extremely frustrating and completely disrupted my moving day. Because of the delay, I had to practically move everything myself before they arrived.

I paid for a professional moving service because I expected the movers to arrive on time and provide the service I was paying for. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I ended up doing much of the work myself, while still paying for a service that was not fully fulfilled.

Cannot communicate with anyone could not make an appointment and have anyone successfully follow through my appointments were continuously canceled, and I was not able to make a connection with anyone to fix this. I finally withdrew my request after two weeks. I will never use this again.

I did not particularly care for the two men who delivered our mattress. They barely said two words to us. I guess I expected a little more professionalism, considering how nationwide Casper is. These two guys just talked to each. They got the job done but it was not what I would call ideal. I don’t want to see them again.

The guys arrived after 12 noon and brought the TV upstairs. This is my first time this company delivered to my home

The movers we hired were amazing! Fast, careful, and reliable. They arrived right on time and were so quick, they managed to finish the move early and set us way ahead of schedule. I’d absolutely use this service again.
