Delayed Delivery Time
Told our delivery would arrive between 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Later that morning I was told “closer to 1:00”. The two guys arrived after 4:00 pm. Apparently they had to take a ferry from Long Island and then drive to our home in the NW corner of CT. There was no way they could possibly be on time! We sat around wasting hours waiting for them to finally arrive. I will say they were friendly, efficient and careful of our home, but the timing was way off.
There was a safety issue, but we will not address it in this review.

Scheduled for Sat 10am delivery
Scheduled for Sat 10am delivery. No update by 7pm. Called customer service. They could not get ahold of their team member tasked with picking my purchase up. I had to call the store to follow up the next day. No word back from anyone until ai recieved notice that a team member had been assigned to pick it up (Monday) and deliver. His delivery was great. Too bad it was two days too late.

1 out 3 services we paid for
It arrived in the day we booked (next day) so that was 5 stars.
We paid $30 extra to pick a time and have room of choice delivery. It arrived 80 minutes before our time slot started and was left downstairs (because we could not get home in time?). I think if you pay extra for timing that works and delivery inside the apartment via the lift then it would be 5 stars plus a tip. I’m an older person and found the delivery difficult so I give them 3stars overall. Tipped my doorman instead.
