7 Hours to move!
The helpers showed up 3 hours after the scheduled time of 9am. The move took 7 hours, (Noon- 7pm) for a simple 2/1 condo. David D. was very chatty and was doing more talking with the second helper than moving with a purpose to get this task done.
They moved everything, but it took way longer than it should have.

The delivery person delivered the wrong items. He did not speak any English so it was impossible to communicate the error with him. The customer support team was not super helpful. The delivery person then showed up unannounced to deliver the correct items when we were not home and decided to leave everything outside the house. He had to come back again later to pick up the wrong items delivered earlier.

I am very disappointed with the…
I am very disappointed with the delivery service I received.The service I purchased specifically included delivery into my home and placement of items in the designated rooms.
I was waiting outside when the delivery team arrived,but instead of bringing the items inside as agreed,they simply unloaded everything outside my house and left.This was completely unacceptable and very shocking to me.
I paid for an in-home delivery service ,not a curbside or doorstep delivery.I would like this issue to be addressed immediately.Please provide an appropriate refund for the delivery service I paid for but did not receive
