5 stars for the couple that showed up to move a very heavy table. They were on time, worked carefully and efficiently to get the job done without a scratch.

Our delivery driver was so polite, patient and extremely helpful unloading our order! I will say task rabbit is very affordable as well!

Arrived on time. Handled all aspects of move as we agreed.

Delivery was scheduled at the store with the assistance of the delivery department staff. Delivery was scheduled for me next day delivery with a window of 2 pm - 4 pm. Delivery arrived at 2:30. Delivery driver was courteous and polite.

Accidently paid delivery driver $50 too much and it still has not been returned

The helpers were over 30 minutes late and reeked of marijuana. However, once they arrived they got the job done efficiently.

Kris was very off putting. When they arrived with the couch in the box, I said to the two drivers, "boy I hope that fits in the door". Kris then says, "you didn't measure it when you bought it?" He spoke this in an off putting manner. I asked his partner if he was serious. Then Kris walked away agitated and noticeably disgusted with me. I explained to Kris, he has a bad disposition. Then Kris goes on to tell me who he USED TO BE in the military. The way he posed his question about measuring, was a bit of chastisement. What Kris should understand is, when people see the merchandise on the showroom floor, it is not boxed. The salesperson should be able to tell you, I did in fact measure the couch because I needed a 7' couch with a particular seat depth. When they got the boxed couch inside, Kris said to me "you are ungrateful" If I ever make another purchase from that store, I will ensure he won't be delivering. Because of this incident, I will ask my real estate group to not shop at the store, because they may encounter Kris on a delivery.

The people who came to help were very nice. But, fyi you gave me a quote then changed it when the job was done and I could not figure out how to tip the helpers via the info I was given. I wish it had all been more straight forward. Also it took 40 minutes for me to fill out the online task rabbit order at IKEA. No one there knew how to help me with that and told me everyone has problems using the QR code at the Portland store.

Just ridiculous really
They said they didn’t know they needed to unhook and install the washer dryer which is fine but they are very easy tasks to do. I could have done it if I had known or if they forewarned me that they be demanding and extra $240 on top of the $300 I already paid. In three hours the helper made $75 Task Rabbit pays him plus $100 I gave him and the guy with the truck made his pay plus $120 he made me pay at the end so likely $270 total. Then the two of them were arguing over $10 and when they left they said the rich get richer on people like us. They should have told me they were gonna charge me $220 more just to unhook and hook…quite literally a fifteen minute job. Then they insisted cash cause they get taxed if I do it on the app. I said I only had $80 cash and would tip when I was able to get the option (likely after the task was completed. They literally stayed watching over me till I did it. I’m sure it’s because my aunt and uncle are older and live in a beautiful area but truthfully had I known this I would have bought a brand new washer and dryer and had the install and removal done with that. Absolute nightmare NEVER AGAIN. Until that point they were decent but you are literally getting labourers. They had to you tube how to unhook the machine.

Taskers were prompt, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Very happy with the moving experience.

The guys from dolly were so polite, considerate, and made lifting my 100 pound item effortless. They were so punctual and were very careful with my white carpets and didn’t even touch my walls not even once! I highly recommend!

I hired 2 people to help move. One person showed up on time and the 2nd person showed up 15 minutes before the job was complete. I’m only giving 4 stars bc the one person who showed up was amazing. I paid for 2 people though and did not get what I paid for.

Awful. Taskers were hostile and angry to be picking up a heavy armoire, despite it being pictured in the request for the delivery service. They were careless and unskilled. We felt unsafe. Our armoire was damaged in the process. TR Delivery is not available by phone or otherwise to assist customers with a hostile worker. Will NEVER use task rabbit delivery again.

I appreciated that I was kept informed of the status of the move via text messages throughout the day. It was also affordable and the movers were very professional and courteous.
