Had a moving company that kept pushing…

Had a moving company that kept pushing back their arrival date and I doubted they were going to show up so I got on Taskrabbit delivery scheduled a couple guys for the same day and they did a better job than the moving company. Five stars. I’m very surprised by this experience and extremely happy

Late, unprepared and unprofessional

My taskers were late to complete the task, did not arrive/use the items required to move my furniture. In the process, my couch was dirtied, my TV/media stand had a leg broken, and my dresser was scuffed and scratched. Due to the lack of professionalism (complaining about weight, vanishing for 20-30 minutes at a time) I did not allow my taskers to move everything I originally intended, and instead, completed the move myself.

Pick up time issue

The app was very useful and helpful.
The mover had all the equipment needed for the move. However there was an issue with pick up time and loading.
I had helped reduced the loading time by having everything ready at the loading dock by the time the mover arrived. The mover had shown up 30 mins late and the loading dock had been occupied by other tenets in the building. He said he couldn't wait for the loading dock to clear and was giving me a hard time and threatened to cancel the move. Prior to the pick up time he was also trying to see if he could come earlier. The whole situation was a bit fustrating

Lack of communication with customer

Lack of communication with customer. Changes that happened and customer not notified. Poor way to deal with customer. Your web site left a lot to be desired. Very difficult to be able to get the info you requested.

seamless experience finding people to…

seamless experience finding people to complete the job and complete the payment. unfortunately they did not use protection and caused some damage to the dresser. however, when I submitted a claim, taskrabbit delivery reimbursed me for the cost of the damage due to the excellent damage protection package included. would definitely recommend and use again

2 helpers cancelled on me

2 helpers cancelled on me! One called and texted me 145 times. On call with customer service for 2 hours no one can help. Second helper cancelled bc he didn’t want to do the job wanted me to call in and say I was cancelling! Was abused and harassed by the helpers! The third helper was amazing! They deserve a raise from you guys! the service was 100 percent better when it was Dolly I won’t be using it anymore now that’s it’s Taskrabbit your lack of customer care is concerning and how you guys hate women and don’t care about harassment is not a company I would give my money too. Thanks!

I was supposed to have

I was supposed to have. Bed delivered yesterday from IKEA. Or was delayed and eventually postponed and today I received a message that the bed will be delivered no contact meaning that it will be dropped off in my driveway or front curb filly assembled as in the store. I am 69 my husband is 78, we need the bed disassembled and taken downstairs to our bedroom and then reassembled led today! Please help. I
