My sofa never arrived and there was no way to contact the driver. I also I couldn't get immediate help with my situation. I'm now dealing with the local police.

Horrible experience. They don’t assign me a driver in time and has to reschedule. Once that was done, they gave the driver inaccurate information so when he arrived for pick-up, he wanted an extra $187 to deliver. No fault to him, Taskrabbit told him he was picking up something much smaller.

My Ikea order didn't show up which was a big bummer because I took the day off work to wait for it. I called Ikea and they sent a Taskrabbit delivery person to deliver my order within 2 hours. They were prompt, polite, neat and courteous. Ikea paid for them so I appreciate that as well

Terrible experience … I booked someone to help me pick up something. He confirmed and then no showed. I tried calling Taskrabbit for help and they were miserable to work with. They couldn’t have cared less. Where’s than that they actually tried not to refund me and then acted like they were doing me a favor by agreeing to refund after he canceled on me.

The movers were friendly and professional.

Microcenter specifically said to CALL the customer. They texted me as I was sleeping. They left my 65" TV IN FRONT OF MY DOOR! BLOCKING ME IN MY APARTMENT ALL DAY.

The movers arrived on time. They were very efficient in their execution and took utmost care in how they moved our office furniture and the placement of said items within our new office. We appreciate their assistance in helping to make the move a seamless one.

Task Rabbit was scheduled by my Ikea installation team. I was not involved and therefore cannot give a substantive review of the service.

Great experience. I would like to let others know that I received a link to rate and tip the delivery guy, however the link was not opening any page and that is due to privacy restrictions which I tried to change on my phone and still didnt work. I wished I had cash and tip him- as this is just a platform that allows others to pick delivery jobs! I didnt know that prior to when I received the message to rate and tip.

The movers were really amazing! I would suggest them to anyone. They were thoughtful and got so much done so quickly. I couldn’t ask for better help moving alone.

The delivery person arrived at my condo building on time but did not seem to want to bring the delivery, which consisted of multiple heavy items up to my unit. This surprised me because I recall the Task Rabbit tool asking if my building had an elevator. Because of his reluctance I had concerns that he may not exercise proper care in moving the items if I insisted that he do so. As a result, I unloaded and moved the items myself.

The person you sent was onetime and delivered there piece to the designated address on time

The task never populated on my list. The guy was late and didn't want to be there. He couldn't cancel. I couldn't reschedule. He left an hour early but I was charged for whole time even though I ended up doing job myself. I asked for refund and never received one. Terrible service, Terrible tasker. I should have just used the task rabbit service.

Truly abysmal.

Avoid at all costs. I’ve never actually bothered to write a review before but my experience today, and ongoing experience as it’s not been resolved, has been pathetic.

The place I needed to deliver to (Salvation Army as I wanted to donate all my furniture) was unfortunately closing earlier than usual so I needed the the Task Rabbit team to deliver the early side of my requested window. The support team on email (no number provided) said I needed to reach out to the task rabbit themselves. I sent them a message staright away and received a call 90 minutes later.

They said they couldn’t change the time I said in that case I will need to change the delivery address as the one I’ve given is going to be closed. I was told on the phone that they would sort that when they arrived.

One staff member shows up on time the other arrives completely outside of the window I requested and not even in the window of allotted work time. The first staff member couldn’t work without the other.

When he arrives the second calls to change the delivery address and the office says it can’t be changed as the job has started.

Task Rabbit have said it’s not their fault and taken the full $635 for doing no work and offering no solution.

They offered me $20 dollars when I explained that basically I did everything they communicated and that they weren’t even in the agreed time to work.

To top it off they have taken the $635 from my bank account twice. Still nobody will talk to me on the phone.

These are a terrible company avoid at all costs.
