I was charged for 7 pieces when only 3 pieces were moved

I requested a box truck to carry a large bed headboard from Casselberry, Florida to Claremont, Florida at the cost of $563. What was sent by Dolly was a pick up truck and the bed headboard had to be spread across the bed of the truck because it wouldn’t fit inside the bed. I’ve asked for a rebate for the difference between a box truck and a pickup truck but as yet no one has contacted me and told me how much I’m going to get back. Very unprofessional.

We hired folks to help us unload our POD and set up the furniture in the house. The guys who came were very professional and efficient. They were very mindful and careful with our furniture. I would absolutely use them again without any qualms.

I was not happy at having to wait 10 days for the delivery of 2 small items I had ordered from The Container Store. I was not happy about being at the mercy of the minimally communicative TaskRabbit texts, who scolded me about not completing my tasks, i.e., sending a photo of a store receipt I did not have. The cost of your service was over half the amount of my original purchase. I'm afraid I don't have a smiley emoji to attach to this. Bye Bye

The guys were friendly and efficient. Did a great job setting up the bed.

The only thing I wish different was that they didn't off me to keep the additional set of legs for the frame. Having these would allow me to change height of bed in the future if I wanted to.

Task was scheduled to begin at 11:30am. Based on distance and duties should have been completed in 1 hour. Delivery didn't show up until nearly 6pm. No contact from the delivery tasker which wait around wondering what was going on and if our items would arrive at all.

I could not communicate with my helper and had no idea for sure if he was actually going to come. He did arrive to help pick up my couch, but then he never made it to my actual home to drop off the couch and there is no customer service that has been able to help me. $159 plus the $650 i spent on my couch down the drain.

My delivery was scheduled for Sunday 6/17. It kept getting canceled. Then rescheduled. Didn't get my delivery until 6/19. Once it got pick up. Everything was fine. The delivery team was GREAT.

Communication was great from the driver to confirm delivery. Price was fair for the distance. Product arrived without worry.
