Suzuki è intervenuta dopo la seconda rottura del cvt del mio Burgman 650 2013
Fatto riparare da un officina autorizzata Suzuki di via Onorato Vigliani Torino.
A circa un anno dalla prima rottura dove ho speso 2300 euro per cambiare il cvt mettendo pezzi originali dopo circa un anno e 10000 km ,si è rotto di nuovo.
Riportato in officina dopo tre mesi di attesa, l'officina mi ha detto che la Suzuki non riconosceva la garanzia.
A quel punto mi sono rivolto alla casa madre di Robassomero che dopo una seria indagine, ha attribuito la causa della seconda rottura al primo lavoro fatto dalla officina Erreemme.
La Suzuki si è fatta carico del trasporto e riparazione presso un altra officina Torino moto di Nichelino, sostenendo i costi a loro carico di oltre 3000 euro lo scooter è come nuovo.
Approfitto per segnalare la serietà e l'organizzazione veramente eccellenti di tutto lo staff e della casa madre, in una parola ECCEZIONALI.

I am extremely disappointed with Suzuki's service. They initially assured me that there would be no charge for picking up my car, but the bill unexpectedly included these charges. When I called to dispute this they said they told me about charge, but they did not. One hour later Suzuki called me about additional price: they claimed that taping my bumper was necessary for the MOT review (in case somebody walks around my car and injures themselves), despite the fact that the minor repairs on my bumper was deemed safe to drive by the police and my insurance professional who came to look at my car prior MOT. Suzuki added an outrageous £81 for this taping, bringing the total cost to nearly £400. This is a complete rip-off for an MOT and car pick-up. I feel cheated and will not be using their services again.

Ho rottamato il mio Burgmam 650, vecchio di età ma giovane di motore, gomme e chilometri. Il motivo? Blocchi improvvisi dei freni con rischio di andare a sbattere. E un piccolo urto c'è stato. Sui vari blog questo problema è descritto spesso, specie su strade un po' dissestate, ed è attribuito all'ABS e ad alcune sue valvole che si bloccano. Ma qui viene il bello. Ho scritto a Suzuki Italia ma si sono ben guardati dal rispondere e questo comportamento, poco giapponese e relativo a una questione di massima sicurezza, mi ha colpito molto negativamente. Forse avevano la coda di paglia, comunque ho l'impressione che trattavasi di argomento poco gradito. Il mio concessionario Suzuki, che già mi aveva parlato della eccessiva complessità e fragilità di questo scooter, mi ha sconsigliato di metterci le mani e mi ha anche sconsigliato di acquistare il 400, di concezione troppo vintage. Così ho comprato un bel 350 cinese made in China, tutto in lega e dunque ben più leggero, con qualche cavallo e tanta elettronica in più del 400 e qualche migliaio di euro in meno.

Purchased a brand new Suzuki Swift in October 2024. I have had to contact & take it back to the dealership multiple times due to an on-going fault. One that neither the dealer or Suzuki technical team seem to know how to fix. Contacted Suzuki customer services as this is obviously a manufacturing issue but they weren’t interested as the dealership is a franchise. Really poor representation of the brand. Currently requesting to return the vehicle but they are making it very difficult.
Look elsewhere if you want a fully working vehicle and good customer service.

Issues with grip at front of factory fitted tyres.
Dealer told at POS fitted as standard with All Season tyres.
Once car bought questioned later on when no grip in slush told by dealer not fitted as standard with All Season tyres.
Checked tyres, summer tyres fitted.
Fitted at own expense winter tyres to front, grip improved but still obvious and dangerous issues of grip, maybe design flaw weight distribution issue definitely something preventing acceptable grip at front.
Wrote to Suzuki head office, got a long GS email from a Sarah telling me all the brochure terminology of the 4x4 system and that all Suzuki SUV, 4x4 were fitted with "all season" tyres as standard. Good start?
I asked if so please arrange for my vehicle to be fitted with "all season" tyres as it wasn't from new. Sarah then said the "technical department" would have to review my evidence of photos of summer tyres on my car and review my circumstances and needs?
Really?
Time passed nothing, so I asked for a answer, and mentioned Mr Suzuki head of Suzuki UK might want to be in the loop?
Got another email from another women saying Mr Suzuki was unavailable and the previous lady had given outdated information. Suzuki checked with factory and summer tyres were fitted as standard not "all season" tyres. They didn't say when the "outdated information" had changed not took into account the failure of the vehicle to grip in an acceptable manner in winter conditions with factory fitted tyres on a 4x4. Another load of GS.
Conclusion: DO NOT BUY A SUZUKI S CROSS IF YOU THINK IT WILL PERFORM IN WET OR WINTER CONDITIONS UTILISING ITS FOUR WHEEL DRIVE SYSTEM WITH STANDARD TYRES, IT WILL NOT. IT IS UNFIT FOR PURPOSE AND SUZUKI IGNORE THIS PROBLEM.
Important note:
I purchased this car through Motobility as I am disabled and need doctor /hospital access at any time of the year, so I chose a 4x4 Suzuki vehicle expecting a thoroughbred 4x4 system well designed and engineered. It may be but completely useless without suitable tyres and the standard tyres fitted are useless as far as grip goes. Now I have a Vehicle I cannot trust in winter conditions 100%. Suzuki were informed of my disability needs and totally ignored them.
I thought showing respect was an important part of Japanese culture, clearly not.
Nightmare at Pebley beach Cirencester, don't trust these guys
I took my Swift to change the gear linkage and put some brackets, they charged me, they never even attempted to change the brackets of the bumpers. They said they couldn't do it however I went back home and put them in without any problem, they just needed to care but they didn't. The gear linkage started to give problems after a couple of weeks, the 5th gear was popping out by itself, I came back, they checked my car and said everything was fine, they left me without two gears. I did 4 hours in 4th gear trying to go back home as it was already late and they didn't answer the phone. a month after, I still don't receive any apology, any acknowledgement of the situation, and my car still doesn't work. They left me without car, impacting my job, but they don't give a single f about that. Don't go with these guys. This Chris guy completely ignored my emails and phone calls, so sad, one more place where you cannot trust the mechanic, imagine the fact that they sent me on the motorway with a car without two gears putting my life in danger and yet, no care or apology.

Adquiri una motocicleta GSX 8R en el concesionario tecnicars de mallorca (tracxioncars) le hice la primera revision de los 1000 km,despues de sacarla del taller y tenerla 4 dias en el garage sin usar,salgo de ruta el finde semana,y despues de unos 80km en una parada nos damos cuenta que mi.moto gotea aceite,y comprovamos que el tornillo del carter esta totalmente flojo y a punto de caerse,lo aprieto con la mano y con un util que me dejan (pico loro)nadie llevaba llave para apretar dicho tornillo...todo el que anda en moto sabe que pasa si ese tornillo esta flojo o se cae...por que el acete se va a la rueda trasera,y no digo que pasaria si estas emplena curva cuando pasa eso (todo esto pasa un domingo)...por consiguiente lunes a primera hora llamo.para pedir resposabilidades y una solucion,me atiende la recepcionista y me dice que le pasara el aviso al jefe de taller..(todos sabemos que el taller de la suzuki no atiende al telefono) asi asta en 4 ocasiones..9:00,11:00,12:00 y 12:45..en todas las llamadas lo mismo,que pasara el aviso al jefe taller y me llamara lo antes posible...por supuesto esa llamada no se ha producido,que ya me demuestra que gente profesional trabaja en ese taller...ya que no solo han ariesgado el buen funcionamiento de mi moto,si no que han ariesgado mi vida al ir en una moto con perdida de aceite por su culpa...por.lo que si os comprais una suzuki, si le quereis a vuestra vida y moto,no piseis ese taller.

Paint peeling off less than 1 year old, tried to speak to warranty team but they aren’t customer facing. Very poor service. Then, they use GDPR as an excuse to not speak with me.

I had other Suzuki cars before and knew the family that owned the garage in Cheltenham.
They built their garage on good customer service and return for the customers. Although the dealership has changed ownership now, the customer service has not changed.
One thing I was disappointed about that there was no flowers 🌷 in my new car when I collected it. This gift from the garage was a great courtesy. Well remembered. I had two Grand Vitara’s before.
Avoid Vitara's and Poor After Sales.
Worst after sales I've had from Suzuki / Sherwoods.
Clutch went on 18 month old Vitara with 16000 mile on with no warning signs and despite clutches showing on basic warranty and parts being guaranteed for 60000 mille I've had to pay out almost £1000.
Never had a clutch issue on any car I've had but warranty was refused on this, shocking really.
Their dealership Sherwoods were just a bad with poor communcation and refusal to support. After Sales Director Paul Shields' customer service was appalling and very heavy handed.

I bought a motorbike from a Suzuki dealership called road and racing in Hyde.
The motorbike that was given to me brand knew is full of electric faults. 4 times my motorbike has broke down and only done 3000 miles. The warranty that came with bike has been swept under the carpet and been told I can't use my warranty even tho I have another year left on my warranty. Suzuki refuse to help because the motorbike is not a Suzuki, but I bought a bike from a Suzuki dealer. Bad customer service. I've basically lost £4500 because I bought a motorbike from a Suzuki dealership. Basically avoid a Suzuki dealership from now on . The finance company won't help, the Suzuki dealership basically laughed on the phone .
Don't buy a Vitara
After owning a 2019 vitara for 2 years I decided to swap to a new one as I wanted to try cutting fuel use etc.
So I have an issue with the media system ( a known issue by suzuki) that causes the media system to keep going off. No big issue u think? However the fault is causing problems where all sorts of warnings flash up and the car puts itself into limp mode !!! Very dangerous when traveling on a fast moving road.. I have now been back to Newmans Suzuki Totton 3 times to have it sorted and they still havnt sorted it they admit it needs a new media system but everytime I take it in (booked in for the repair) they say they can't do it...
I initially intended to keep it 3 years then look at an S-Cross.. that won't be happening..
Suzuki Insurance useless company
Suzuki Insurance, very poor service, despite being covered for damaged windscreen they passed us onto autowindscreens who took £110 excess but a week later we are still being told 3-5 days, local suzuki garage said they can get new screen in 1 day?? Tried calling suzuki who advised they don't have a complaint department Tel number and gave me an email address but that company said we are not with them?? Now having to send complaint in writing. Shocking try and make a claim and they send you in circles
My Jimny which is only 2 years old…
My Jimny which is only 2 years old backdoor strut fell off, the bolt had worn off , it's an obvious design fault and Suzuki consider it a worn element so not under warranty. I open and close the drivers door the same number of times as the back door, my drivers door doesn't fall off but the rear door does . Suzuki don't want to know when they get it wrong.

Very simple, reliable cars. My 19 year old Ignis has been pretty much perfect and my 2 year old Vitara is lovely to own.
