UI confusing

I found the UI of the app confusing. Focus kept moving from one item to the other. I almost paid much, much more than I intended as the input that was meant for the credit card number went to the amount to pay instead

Tip percentage too much

The least I could tip for an 18 euro bill was 5 euro and then Apple Pay percentage on top. I left the tip because the girl did a good job and I didn’t have cash but I wanted to only leave a 2 euro tip. I wouldn’t use it again for that amount.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
You can always use the "Other amount" feature to select a tip that is more or less that than the three options shown to you by default.
We will need to look at how we make that option more visible in the future.
If you contact support@strikepay.co we can refund your tip and you can re-tip for the lower amount, if you wish.

AVOID- incurs cash fees

Paid via a QR code towards a charity and have been charged cash fees. No mention of this on the website or even by the QR code. Avoid.
