Hi Josh. Thanks for the feedback. We agree. We are working hard to reduce the impact of the local banking limitations. Read on for why it takes that long and what we're doing to fix it.

We use SEPA to transfer funds bank to bank. Some banks work faster than others (so we pick the slowest option and set your expectations accordingly). Most transfers will be next day, in practice (Mon-Fri).

Here's what we do that's different to other services:
- we credit your account with value earned within 2 hours (most other services take 7+ days)
- when you request a cash out, we send it the next day before 10:30am which gives you funds next day (in most cases)
- we are working with a few partners right now to make the transfer as close to instant as possible (watch this space)

Here's why we say "1-3 Business days":
"Can SEPA take 3 days?
Incoming regular SEPA transfers arrive within a maximum of 2 working days. Keep in mind that if a transfer is made just before a weekend or holiday, the time frame will be extended to a maximum of 3 working days." - Bank of Ireland

The sweets are £1.20 on the box

The sweets are £1.20 on the box, so I tried to add 20p donation to the £1 to pay. It then came off again before I paid and wouldn't let me edit it, so I have paid less than the box says.
