Tovatech supports our company needs in a timely and efficient manner.

We invested a lot of money into our scale that we purchased through Tovatech. We have unfortunately had a lot of issues with it. It often won't hold a tare, turns off in the middle of using it, jumps around, skips certain numbers...etc. The plastic covering has also fallen off the front. I don't recommend.

Nice communication with the sales person and I really like the ultrasonic bath I bought. It was important for me to be able to be able to vary the power and the temperature and it does a very good job. The heating element is good and it's fast to heat the water. The max power is extremely strong. Super efficient. Works very well for cleaning pieces of glass, metal, etc.

Bought an Ultrasonic from Tovatech. It's a great unit. They were really easy to deal with, were able to answer all my questions. Timely delivery - easy to install and ready to go.

I purchased the Elma ST600H back in March, it took a couple weeks to receive it. The lid did not come for an additional 4 weeks, and the unit was shipped to me as a European model with a two prong 240v plug on the electrical receptacle cable. I contacted them and went back and forth about putting the proper end on the cable. I hired an electrician to do so, once under operation, it cut out completely a few times, seemed to take excessive time to heat up to temp, and would not run on dynamic mode. I spoke again with Tovatech and expressed my dissatisfaction with the unit. I asked for an exchange for the fact I am a new small business owner, I paid good money for the unit and have only used to a handful of times. They would not consider an exchange but rather ship it out to their tech support shop to be tested and have the proper cable installed. That was back in mid May, I was to be contacted with shipping information. Once contacted a week later I had to advise on the dimensions of the unit being shipped. I kept all of the original shipping material and container. sent dimensions and didn't hear back for another week or so about sending dimensions of the "pallet" or "skid" that the unit was top be transported on to prevent damage... The unit never came to me on a "pallet" or "skid" I did not have either. Worked has picked up, as this is my busy season. I have literally paid no mind to this issue due to the other business situations I have going on, and simply just haven't had the time. That's my experience. A small business owner taking a $7500 because no one took the time to inspect the unit before shipping it out to the consumer... Not to mention the countless hours I have spent dealing with this and testing. I've simply become exhausted with the situation and just want an exchange... Ship the European unit out with the shipping material of the American unit... Simple...

I spent quite awhile researching, calling, comparing, and testing ultra sonic sinks. The path kept leading back to Tovatech. This sink was a replacement for our previous ultrasonic sink.
Purchase was straight forward no surprises. It’s construction and quality are excellent. The ultrasonic sink works fantastically. Degass mode and sweep features allow us to clean in a fraction of the time we used to, with excellent results.
I wish they had better info on cleaning solutions. The tech support person we talked with was not as knowledgeable as I would have expected so we ended up trying several solutions before we found what ultimately worked best for us. Don’t discount the performance of the sink until you have found the right chemical. Our Tovatech was already way better than our old sink, but once we hit the right cleaner it was like going from night to day. We love our sink. Money well spent. Quit looking for another sink, buy a Tovatech.

Dont buy anything from them. they sold us a defective machine and they don’t want to accept any responsibility on the machine. Even you have one year warranty .

First I would say that the first until the last conversation with people was professional and today I'm very happy about my ultrasonic cleaner.
I have received a broken one from transport and people from Tovatech did everything to replace it very fast. Thank you very much guys
