looking forward

have not received the order yet looking forward on getting it and trying it out! I have received a e-mail but would like to here from the rep I bought it from giving me details when It would be received. Seemed to take longer than I thought to receive after my payment was recivied?

thanks

100% positive transaction

Happy with all aspects of the transaction. Sales staff was very responsive to my initial enquiry, was knowledgeable about my problem domain and which product would work best, followed up consistently and the item I purchased was shipped in the promised timeframe.

Elma A4. More size choices and faster shipping.

I purchased Elma A4 2.5L Having a 1L option (offerred in New Zealand) would be my preference. Easy online process. A choice of shipping options would be preferred. Quick order confirmation but shipping took three days...too long. It appeared my follow up call was the motivation to check on tracking number which confirmed product not yet shipped.

Bought a Sharpertek ultrasonic cleaner…

Bought a Sharpertek ultrasonic cleaner from these guys. The reason I chose them is that they had the best price and the promise of excellent customer support. The unit was defective upon receipt, so they sent me another one even before I returned the first one, which almost nobody would ever do these days. They sent a return label for the defective unit, so I wouldn't have to pay the shipping. Unfortunately, the replacement unit turned out to be no good either, so I returned that one as well. Again, the return and refund were as easy as they could be. I give Tovatech a 4 star rating and Sharpertek one star. I guess you get what you pay for.

Slow to Process an Order and Slow to Ship

After receiving a quote (9/5), I called with my CC info the following morning (9/6). The order wasn't processed until 9/11 and didn't ship until 9/13. I hopefully will receive the product today - 9/16

Maybe I am spoiled with Amazon delivering product within a few days, but 10 days to receive a stock product is bit ridiculous.
