Store Tovatech

The site is really easy to navigate, has tons of information so you can make the right choice for your needs. They ship fast and from all the checking I have done they have extremely competitive pricing. I have found the supplier of choice for my cleaner needs from here on out!

I submitted an order to Tovatech on 6/10, received an immediate receipt confirmation, then on 6/14 received the official confirmation. I had thought this would be a credit card payment, but the confirmation displayed Net 30 terms. I emailed them to confirm if we were Net 30 and what was the ETA, and I received an immediate reply that we were Net 30 and that the order would ship tomorrow at which time I'd receive tracking, which I did. Every interaction I've had has been prompt and courteous and thorough. They are a vendor I am extremely happy to work with thus far!

We thank you for your nice attention, starting with inmediat Quote. Now we are going to use Dryers very soon.
Thank so much

I'm very pleased with Tovatech. I did have to search a little on the website to find the product I was needing but after I ordered it my shipment arrived within a few days.

Rachel Kohn was super nice and helpful....Thank you Rachel for all your help.

I called about a basket for my unit that was on sale. Your customer service took the time to explain that even though the basket would fit itay not be what I was looking for. After explaining the dimensions of the basket I had to agree with him. He found what I was looking for even though it did not show online. I appreciate the time he took to find what I was looking for

Very dissatisfied with the Elma ultrasonic product ordered Very dissatisfied with the customer service. a resolution agreement was pending for my order, It has been almost a week after multiple emails there is no reply back regarding my order . Find a company that values customer service and stands behind the product they sell. This ultrasonic purchase has made this the worst purchase ever and I still don't have one yet.

Excellent. All my questions were answered quickly and diligently.

very satisfied with the system still experimenting with all of the options. it works well with the pro lift kit. well built sales staff very helpful and package arrived in a timely manner. also well packaged. thanks . i think i might end up cleaning my friends records too. my wife has over 300 records from the 60's and 70's that have never been cleaned. amazing how the surfaces look. i know can't do anything about the scratches. have cleaned about 50 records still haven't played any just cleaning for now. when i tried to play before my needle kept getting clogged with junk. so for over two years i have been looking for a record cleaning system and it appears yours is outstanding. thanks sincerely mike stroup

Inquired about particular size UC for beauty & grooming service industry & got an email back with a direct contact quickly over the weekend. Contacted & got great direction for brand, size & features. Ordered & received within a week (during the Stay at Home CO-19 Orders)! Works like a charm.

Customer service was great. I ordered the Elma tec clean S1 primarily for rust removal.

I highly commend Tovatech customer service for honoring my last-minute request for a reduction in product. The rep was graciously willing to give me the benefit of the doubt, when it clearly wasn't required. Thank you for hiring great people, Tovatech!

Purchased a ultrasonic cleaner for removal of spray coating. I called into Tovatech and my call was answered by on of the technical professionals on staff. I was able to discuss my needs and was directed to the appropriate unit to meet my application. At the same time my order was taken and it was 100% seamless. Unit was shipped quickly and I will have it within a week of my order.

Great experience. Thank you for all of your help.

Congenial and professional salesman that placed my order. Thanks for getting the unit to me quickly.

I recently bought an Elmasonic P60H ultrasonic cleaner from Tovatech for use with a vinyl record cleaning setup from CleanerVinyl.com. The setup is called CleanerVinyl Pro and fits perfectly on the rim of the P60H. The P60H is an awesome machine. I really like that it can alternate between 37 and 80 kHz cleaning frequencies, and that it has sweep and degas settings. Most other cleaners do not have these features. The machine also runs much more quiet than other brands. A bit pricey, but you get a state-of-the art design that is Made in Germany! Delivery was quick and without a hitch. A great experience! Anytime again!

Awesome experience with Jay and Rachel. Product works awesome. Look forward to larger unit soon.

So many to salute! All did a GREAT job getting me product, and communicating sales cycle, from Jay, to Johnathan, to Tessa, to Justin, to Liz. I know I'm forgetting someone? OUTSTANDING! You should be so proud to call them employees.

Thank you!
