Store Tovatech

Very knowledgeable staff--recommended a machine that would be better suited for my line of business, even though it was less expensive than the one I originally was interested in. Proves that they are more interested in a satisfied customer more than anything else.

Great seller kept me informed all the way. Highly recommended!

Reasonable Pricing.
Quick Delivery.

Tovatech provides quick turnaround on our annual flowmeter calibration. I have had email and/or telephone contact with several Tovatech employees over the last 4 years and they are always pleasant, concise and knowledgable.

Calibration was quick. One concern that I had was that I was confused with a sister site,

Quick and curtious great customer service

Put in order 12 days ago and have yet to receive the product or any kind of shipping notification.

Excellent advice and customer service! Provided me with a sample of a product that proved very helpful!

Everything was done as expected. Customer service was great and all of my questions were answered promptly

Recommended A2 solution for brass. Dulled brass, and it had to be re-polished.

Very considerate personnel, excellent customer service, invoice sent quickly with shipment information and felt satisfied after receiving product. Product was packaged very well for shipment & arrived in a timely manner. Shipping costs were high but company reduced shipping costs, definitely a bonus. Have been using product for 3 days, very happy with it so far. This company seemed eager to work with their customers & was a pleasure to do business with!

Jay was very helpful and accommodating, and the product was packed well and shipped quickly. Thank you for the A4 chemical sample! I will probably buy more accessories in the future. I haven't used the cleaner yet, but since this is a review of Tovatech rather than Elmasonic I'm giving 5 stars. The machine looks like it would get 5 stars too after I start using it.

As a supplier of your products, the package came in well packaged, service was fast and friendly and I'm very excited to continue to promote and sell your products! Great company to work with!

Great service, as always!

iT IS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service & support! If you need an ultrasonic parts cleaner I would highly recommend Tovatech!

I start collecting used vinyl years ago. Cleaning before playing I consider a necessity. The search for the most effective and efficient way to accomplish this was on. After trying several methods, research led me to ultrasonic cleaning. Dedicated cleaners in my opinion are expensive considering they only serve one purpose. My search led me to Tovatech. After a brief consultation, I was advised to purchase the Elmasonic P. I have nothing but good to say about the advise, service and unit I received. Combine the Elmasonic P with a Vinyl Stack Ultra Spin and you have a extremely effective vinyl cleaning system that has many additional uses and at a fraction of the cost. There is no denying this is still a investment, but if your wallet will allow you will not be dissatisfied!

Tovatech was not an issues at all but it was their supplier who could not meet my demands & supply. Tovatech provided all the support & tried to follow up as much as they could. Appreciate the support that they rendered at that time.

Reasonable pricing, top-notch service, extremely high-quality products and prompt delivery.

Needed an item which was in stock, the company was about 20 miles from me and had it waiting so I could pick up pronto! Everyone was friendly and had a smile, thank you.
