Went in, not know much about buying mattresses, and took my dad with me, as he had a positive experiance when he purchased a new bed and matress himself.

Now, i cannot, for the life of me remeber the name of the lady who helped me out, but she did a stellar job, and i ended up purchasing a mattress from you. I am delighted with it, and i look forward to many comfortable nights.

On a very wet day the delivery guys ensured they put sheets down in my hallway when delivering our new bed and mattress. They also proceeded to take off their boots when entering the bedroom to position the bed. Polite and efficient throughout. Thank you.

Representative Carolyn was exteremely helpful with her knowledge and experience in helping us select the correct mattress for our needs. We would have no hesitation in recommomending Carolyn to others and when required we would certainly return.

Disappointed that an item was advertised as in stock when ordered and paid for and said 1/2 days to dispatch I rang and emailed to find out that it was out of stock and there will be around a two week delay

I've bought a cabinet form Stevenson's £1000+ and I've just purchased a puoffe for my 87 year old father so he can rest his legs on. The pouffe was only £42.00 in a sale.What I appreciate shopping at Stevenson's is it doesn't matter whether it's big or small, expensive or clearance price either way the customer service is always second to none and your always treated the same every time with friendly people who work there. I ordered a lovely gold coloured mock crocodile metal pgoto frame , the website was easy to navigate and my parcel came within a few days, it was packed really well it.

Appalling service, good product. Ordered 6 dining room chairs totalling almost £1000, all paid on the day, on 5th June 2025. We were told they would be ready to collect (we opted for collection) around mid-July. As we were moving house we said that was ideal. Up until that point, no concerns, great service in store. Unfortunately, that ended there.

6 weeks go by and on 20th July (by this point we had moved into our new home) I called to ask where they were, or if we had a collection date as I had no contact from them. I was then informed they had bern delayed until end of August. I was frustrated that we had not been informed, and requested compensation for the delay. Thought they may have offered something but they didn’t, so I requested. I was informed that the manufacturer may be able to offer some compensation, and they would be in touch next week. Next week comes around and no contact so I called again, and was told that it was up to the manufacturer and they would email me soon. No contact made…again.

The saga continues. We went on holiday in August and I emailed to ask that if they were trying to reach us, please do so by email because we won’t get any phone calls. Shockingly… no response.
By 23/08/2025 we were extremely frustrated that we had not been given an update on the chairs, and were still waiting. We considered asking for a refund and not having the product. On this day, I called again and was told they were expected by the end of the following week. I call again the following week and was told it would be yet another week because ‘actually, I said 2 weeks’ according to the lady who answered the phone… she definitely didn’t. At this point I again requested some form of compensation as it had now been 7 weeks delayed from the initial date of mid-July. We were offered free delivery, equivalent of £30, considering we spent nearly £1000 I was not pleased. I confirmed that they would be delivered to the new address as we had moved since making the order.

On the Monday after were were told they would be delivered to store, now the 12/09/2025, my partner called them and we went into that call thinking that if we have no update and are told to wait longer, we will request a refund and go elsewhere. Miraculously, they were ready. Again, they had not bern in touch to arrange delivery or offer a date.
We were finally given the date of 22/09/2025 and were told ‘afternoon’. We were relieved we were finally getting somewhere after 3 months since ordering. On the day of the delivery, they deliver to the address on the order, despite me confirming the new address in earlier calls. Thankfully my parents lived there so called me to sort the mess out. As it was the same town and only a 10 minute drive away, the drivers agreed to deliver them to the new address, I thanked them and reiterated that I knew it was not them who made the error. They were great for delivering to the correct address in the end.

When finally receiving the product we were very pleased with them. Excellent quality and they removed all the packaging.

All in all:
- no updates given, constantly required chasing and calling them.
- the manager never contacted us, I did ask but they were conveniently unavailable
- no offer of compensation, again waited until I asked and even then several times
- 8 weeks delayed
- quite rude on the phone
- great delivery drivers
- great product

The service we received was excellent. Caroline explained and helped us with her product knowledge. We only went in for a mattress and came out with a mattress and two chairs.

Brilliant service. Any questions we raised on the online Chat were all answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble for the Staff.

All l can say at the moment is that the service was excellent,but there is a four week wait for my purchase so can't comment on that.

All staff were exceedingly helpful and made our ability to buy a really quality bedroom and dining room furniture collection.
