Marvellous experience
What a great company to deal with, I thought old fashioned and personal customer service was a thing of the past. From ordering swatches, discussing choices and even rearranging delivery when the sofa was too wide for my front door, nothing was too much trouble for Finn.
This is the best company I have ever dealt with and I will go back without hesitation if and when I need another Chesterfield.

Simply Chesterfields is a specialist furniture manufacturer with an excellent shop with beautiful typical examples of their furniture in the town of Farnham Surrey, Finn the shop manager is very knowledgeable and helpful to explain fully in detail all queries on the subject of their Chesterfield furniture. My purchase was ordered, manufactured and delivered in precisely five weeks, the finished quality is really superb. This will lead me to further future furniture projects.

Delighted with purchase
First of all ordering samples was quick and easy, I ordered 8 because there were so many gorgeous shades to choose from. We went to the store and tried out the different styles and got good and helpful advice from Finn. We ordered a 4 seater in Olive and 4 weeks later it arrived in perfect condition, the quality is superb, the velvet is soft and luxurious. We are delighted.

A beautiful sofa with a tweak to the colour of the feet to match my decor. Finn is a great communicator and I got the impression nothing was too much trouble. I even managed to get the sofa delivered during the school holidays with a 5 week lead time.

We’ve just taken delivery of our new sofa and it’s everything we wanted. Finn has been great from a customer service perspective throughout and was super helpful when we needed to change the legs to reduce the height a bit (he brought them round in person same day!).
