We recently used the Steel Door Company to install sliding Steel Internal Doors. We are so pleased with the outcome of this installation as it has completed changed the dynamics of our living space downstairs i our house.
I would highly recommend using the Steel Door Company as this Company if very reliable and very trustworthy.
I would like to personally thank the members of staff Brad, Lewis, Owen and Britt who have helped us through the process of choosing and installing the doors and the aftercare. You are all a credit to your Company who I feel are all Trustworthy and very skilled in what you all do. You are all an asset to the Steel Door Company. We nearly choose another Company, but it was dealing with Brad in the first couple of consultations that made us choose the Steel Door Company.
Lewis and Owen installed the doors for us they were brilliant installing the doors and are both very skilled in what they do. They are both very trustworthy and did a brilliant job. After the installation everything was cleared up and left very clean and tidy.
Britt has been brilliant keeping us informed of everything before the installation and after care. We are so impressed with the Steel Door Company we are going to use them again and are in the process of getting quotes for two other internal doors in the house. Thank you to you all again and thank you Steel Door Company.

The company have a great product that is in demand and from the first point of contact to the after sales support they are there to help the customer.
As with any company when ordering for the first time, you are concerned with delivery when doing a project that needs to be finished on time.
The Steel Door Company delivered on time and the doors were as expected. Lovely to look at and fitted perfectly.

We needed 4 sets of steel doors and The Steel Door Company give you a quote online first, then ask for a 50% deposit to book in a survey. I was nervous about paying out so much money up front without being able to see any real life samples before hand. However, the website pictures look amazing, several celebrities endorse their doors and I read so many amazing reviews for this company, so decided to go for it and book a survey. The people in the office were extremely friendly and helpful, the survey went well and then we had to wait 12 weeks for delivery. All the time the cynic in me just kept wondering if it was all too good to be true and whether I’d been scammed and would actually ever see these amazing doors.

Well, after a nail biting 3 month wait, the doors arrived, were fitted in a day and I’m so happy to say they are beautiful and we love them! Everyone who comes in the house comments how about nice they are. I’m so relieved 😂 and can say I’d honestly 100% recommend this company for great service and great doors.

This review covers supply installation of 2 sets external steel doors and windows . The completed doors are first class and the installation team led by Lewis did an excellent job ensuring quality and safety with the area left tidy as found. The project had its timeline issues (only reason Not 5 Stars) when the external fabricator failed to deliver a quality product on schedule and Sam then diverted the order to a second fabricator that delivered a high quality item that looks stunning. Issues can happen its how they are managed that sets good companies apart, direct comms with management via Sam and Jess ensured the end product was delivered to highest quality and Lewis and Team did super job of the install . Without the unforeseen delay the doors and service delivered was 5 star.

Very professional company. I am delighted with the doors I have had fitted today. The fitters were very knowledgeable and checked with myself prior to any work on the house structure before proceeding. The office staff kept me updated from myself making first contact to the survey and ultimately the fitting.

Everything has been first class from start to finish- from the initial conversation and quotation to survey and installation. The surveyor (sorry- forgot his name!!) was very professional talking us through our options and the installation carried out by Lewis cannot be faulted- clean, tidy and very efficient. The two doors we have had installed are of the highest quality and look superb!

First class experience from start to finish. The sales team where very responsive and helped me hone in on the best design within my budget. I would recommend paying for the consultation for peace of mind, as I wasn't comfortable with the measurements. I received my door ahead of schedule and I am delighted with the result. Excellent service from start to finish. Fantastic product, great quality, all staff were amazing to deal with. No fuss measurements and superb fitting.

Obtained an initial quote for steel sliding doors to my kitchen, and following discussions and a survey, updated it slightly for a better solution to fit the space. The doors were fitted quickly and efficiently, on the date planned, and really enhance the look of the room. Natalia was particularly helpful with my enquiries and providing the information I needed.

All my interactions with the steel Door company were positive from start to finish. Will my sales advisor was helpful professional and extremely funny especially as I had to keep putting back dates as our new house wasn’t finished. We were visiting friends near Steel Door company head office and even though they didn’t have a showroom at the time they took us round so that we could view doors that had been made and answered all our questions. The surveyor was extremely professional also and showed us what our doors would look like in the space we had and whether another door choice would’ve looked better.. the fitters were excellent and our doors fit perfectly.. they also cleaned up meticulously after themselves. The price we paid was the lowest of any of the companies that provide steel doors but the service and quality of the doors was first class. I have no hesitation in recommending this . Company. The doors look fantastic too.

We could not be more delighted with our beautiful new doors. Our experience with The Steel Door Company has been superb from start to finish, all going according to plan. We shall certainly be using them again.

I was searching for interior glass doors online, and the Steel Door Company immediately jumped out. They had superb designs and a very positive image!

I contacted Jack in sales, and the first great piece of news was that the company would travel 5 hours or so to supply the product, not just supplying their local area.

Everyone was very positive with customer service, and I was pleased because the fitting date was brought forward earlier than estimated, which really suited me.

The technicians, Lewis, Owen, Simon and Mark were extremely precise and very helpful and friendly!

The quality and appearance of the doors are superb, and the finish, design and style actually surpassed my expectations! The Art Deco design is what really appealed the most.

Also I thought the price of the doors was very fair.

To be honest, the doors have enhanced the house and made it more special to live in!
