Joshua James Recenzje

The whole team, from start to finish was on point, the doors arrived and i fitted them myself and everything fitted lovely, the trims were just perfect to finish off the job, excellent experience, i will definately be using joshua james again thank u all again

Over fifteen building projects and this is the worst supplier experience we’ve had.

We did a huge amount of research when looking at suppliers for our internal and external glass doors.

Joshua James’s website and their social media platform showed countless images of lovely looking windows and door installations. We liked the variety offered, the high quality looking finish and the reviews looked as though customers were happy.

Our initial conversations with the company were good - someone came back to us quickly to book in an appointment and come and measure up the space.

However quickly things started to go wrong.

The doors were installed with two of the panels virtually hanging from the top frame, feeling precarious around two small children. We had to wait almost a month for small brackets to be made and then fitted by the team, despite knowing we’d need these brackets in the first instance.

The installation team didn’t fit the doors flush so the wood was visible on one side, and tile on the other - despite our clear brief that we wanted the joining area to be hidden by the doors.

The frame bulked out to the sides and had to be refitted by the team on another visit. The green screw ‘covers’ were too loose and kept falling out, they had to be replaced on another visit.

The installation team left scratches on the wall, on the floor and on the doors.

It often took long periods of time for anyone to come back to our questions about the doors, as well as endless weeks of waiting for someone to come back and fix a different issue.

We will never use Joshua James again for any of our projects. The expense for the poor quality and customer service is shocking.

We recently used Joshua James to design and install two steel frame doors. The process was flawless, from the initial contact through to the final installation. There was no sales pressure to purchase the doors and once we committed, the service was impeccable. The team communicated regularly and were always professional. The final product has far exceeded our expectations in every regard and has transformed our home. A big thank you to the team at JJ.

I recently purchased and installed a set of doors from Joshua James Ltd, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.

The doors themselves are beautiful and of outstanding quality, perfectly complementing the style of my home and finished result has completely transformed the space.

Zaineb, our Project Manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was always clear and timely, and she provided helpful updates and guidance throughout the process. Her professionalism and friendliness really made the experience enjoyable.

Joshua James installed steel sliding doors at our home in April 2026. Not only do they look fantastic, but the quality of the construction and finish is really impressive.

More than that, we found the whole experience of working with the Joshua James team a real pleasure from start to finish. Credit to them for their clear and consistent communication, transparent pricing, punctuality and care throughout the project.

We had a glass steel door put in our residential property and we're really happy with the result - it looks great and we had great service from Joshua James.

Joshua James created a beautiful bespoke door for our apartment in East London. From the very beginning the process of working with the whole team has been collaborative, open and productive. I was not looking for a standard door and the team were open to create something truly unique and perfect for the environment. The entire team have been very professional and an absolute delight to work with. The team went above and beyond in terms of service for the installation. Access to our property is not easy and the team, with no fuss, climbed 22 floors to bring the larger pieces into the apartment. I am absolutely delighted with the finished work and would wholeheartedly recommend Joshua James. As an interior designer it is very hard to find dedicated, professional and transparent suppliers - I will certainly be using the company again both personally and for my clients.

After researching many companies for fire rates doors we found Joshua James were very competitive in price.

Joshua James recently installed a new door in my flat, and I’m genuinely impressed with every part of the experience. The whole team – sales, design, fitters and customer care were brilliant throughout.

They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was happy at every stage. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with them. The quality of the door is outstanding too; the steel material feels incredibly solid and far superior to the aluminium options I’d seen elsewhere.

The finished result looks great in my new home, and the installation was done neatly and professionally - leaving no mess!

Highly recommend Joshua James for anyone wanting this type of door and even better service.

We are thrilled with the doors and windows provided, they look fantastic. A really excellent service provided all the way through from our initial enquiry to planning and execution of the project, it was flawless. I would highly recommend.

We required some replacement doors between the kitchen and the Conservatory, not a big space but wanted them to look 'classy'. We were impressed with Joshua James's website and therefore requested a survey and never looked back. Good product, accurate survey and therefore fit and from manufacture to fitting we have been very pleased with the result. Excellent team of fitters too, courteous, pleasant and skilled. Highly recommended.
