Unbelievable service , unbelievable quality in doors, you just dont see this level of quality in anything any more ! but the doors are absolutely rock solid and the service is second to none. i had ordered the wrong parts as i measured wrong and was corrected swiftly their end with no fuss. cannot recommend these guys enough! ! !

Two great experiences back to back, felt review worthy. Firstly very impressed by the door itself. Absolutely bomb proof. Fantastic, quick delivery etc. had a query post-delivery which required an additional bit of kit. Miya Kaur from the stock sales team knew exactly what I needed and sorted it in a matter of seconds. Excellent service and communication when ordering. I ordered a single security door and I was kept informed about the delivery and the driver arrived on time. The order was delivered very securely packed and complete with no damage.
I followed the installation video available on Latham’s website and I had no problems.
The door is secure and I would highly recommend this company and this product.

I was genuinely surprised to discover that if you don't pay extra for the door fixing kit, it's almost impossible to fit the doors properly.
The most frustrating part is that the M20 wind-out lugs, which are essential for aligning and fitting the doors correctly, are not included as standard. Instead, they're bundled into an additional fixing kit with another 12 parts that most people simply don't need.
It feels like an unnecessary extra cost for something that should be included with the doors in the first place. Very disappointing.

I phoned this morning, needing a door to fit straight away. I had great help from Charlie R on the phone.who I meet later at reception he explained different types of doors and other options that could fit the opening
