We go to Starbucks regularly, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the main store we use is Thinford , the coffee is always good Chloe the manager is an absolutel joy, it makes our day when she’s there, we always come out smiling, she is an absolute credit to the company.

I visited the drive-thru today around 12:30 and was disappointed by the treatment I received. The staff clearly need training in customer service. As a manager of a large company, I would be appalled if my team treated someone in such a disrespectful manner.
I had just experienced something upsetting and was very emotional and was also recovering from laryngitis, which caused me to have a coughing fit as I approached the drive-thru. When I mistakenly referred to a macchiato as “macho chino,” the staff laughed rather than responding kindly. I frequent Starbucks, so I understand that mistakes happen, but their continued laughter, even during the payment process and when handing me my order she said here’s your cappuccino and then when handing me my macchiato she said and here’s your other drink and laughed in my face , it felt incredibly unprofessional. If I hadn’t already been through so much today, I would have come inside to address this in person.
I really hope this is addressed , and reading other reviews this branch has clear issues .

Not Accessible for People With Autism Traits
The coffee shops don't seem to be accessible for people with Autism, ADHD, ADD, Asperger Syndrome, and Autism as whole.
There needs to be quiet places within the coffee shops, coming into the one I used to go to which is full of mums/dads and babies always making noise and aggravating me. I have been in and out of work due to my health conditions and have spent so much money at your establishments, that it is having a direct impact on my life.
I have ideas to make quiet working areas for people like this, would like to speak to someone about them.

As a visitor from out of the area, you always know what you're getting in terms of quality and choice when you visit a Starbucks anywhere in the world.
However, what made this particular Starbucks stand out from all of the rest is its staff; namely Ricky & Rachel!
From the moment of walking through the door i was greeted by the cheeriest of hellos. The two staff have a great working chemistry together and use appropriate humour and great banter with their customers.
Chatty and helpful, my take-out order changed to a stay in order, where I purchased much more than I'd originally intended and really enjoyed the ambiance.
Just a pity the bar code for my customer survey (and a discount from my next order) wasn't working. That would have been a real bonus.
People of Peterborough, pop into the branch and and join Ricky & Rachel, the jewel in the Starbucks crown, for a brew.
People with their positive customers service skills are few and far between these days!

Ordered standard hot chocolate. Lovely and hot, unlike many places where they are usually just luke warm at best. My only problem with it is that it has no flavour. Too late to take back as took as a take away.

I had not visited starbucks in a little while. I rcvd an email rewarding me with 350 stars on my next visit. I did visit but Unfortunately this never materialised after my visit. I then raised this with starbucks who wanted a copy of the email, a screen shot of the terms and conditions plus shot of the email date and screen shot of my receipt. I was reluctant to do this as the email was sent by starbucks, and the app was scanned on purchase, so the relevant information is available to them.
To entice customers to revisit by offers, to not fulfil the offer, and make the customer feel as though they are being dishonest. We'll done starbucks, the effort to get me to visit more frequently has had the opposite effect.

An eye watering experience!
On our way to stay in Wales for a couple of days I pulled into what I thought was services as I needed the loo badly. Literally the only place there was a Starbucks so went in and asked the wife to purchase a couple of bags of crisps whilst I nipped to the loo as I feel guilty not buying anything.
When we got back to the car I was offered a "Snacking Cheese" thingy out of a small packet and I do mean small, when I asked where mine was she told me she only bought the one as she was charged {get this}
£3-55p.. yes you read it right £3-55p for a packet no bigger than a beer mat {and the contents tasted like a beer mat too}.
I know prices are more on main routes and especially motorways, but there's making a profit and there's openly ripping people off.
Before writing this I looked up the price of these snacks and in Sainsburys they are definitely overpriced at £1-50 a pack, yes still a rip off for what you get but compared to Starbucks.
At least we don't frequent Starbucks as a rule as my wife {who is the coffee drinker} says their coffee is not very good.

Starbucks in Radcliffe where to start firstly it’s clean and tidy , but all that’s good ends there, sitting down I realised that the store manager was in the process of evaluating a member of the team at the side of me and did so for about an hour and then moved behind me and start again with another team member ! Now she wasn’t holding back with either staff member , I don’t think it’s either ethical or or professional to do staff evaluations in public .
As I left I felt the need to challenge the manager about this unprofessional approach to staff management and she responded this “I’m sorry if it’s spoiled your

Come on !! Whether you’re community based or not it’s not professional to air staff issues in public ! Surly there’s a better way !! Surely there’s a private are for this type of thing ??
