The hot drinks here are very expensive, and honestly, they’re not worth the price. For what they charge, you’d expect rich flavour or at least something memorable, but the coffee and other hot drinks are completely tasteless.

Great place to work, and good coffee. I love SB.

I am a regular customer at this particular Starbucks (1210 Troy Schenectady Rd) And usually visit several times a week. The service here is consistently excellent, and I would like to recognize the team for their professionalism and attention to detail.

There are two employees in particular that standout to me. They both always know my regular order by heart, despite it being somewhat nuanced and often involving several beverages. That level of familiarity and care is impressive in itself. I don’t even have to say anything. They always run it by me just to make sure it’s right but they know it. Sometimes I do switch up what I am going to get so checking with me first is always appreciated but it is nice to be recognized.

Today it was Nick that handled my order and once again he knew it by heart. On another occasion, I placed the order and it was in the process of being made and the other gentleman paused during preparation to politely confirm that the order was intentionally different from my usual. I laughed and confirmed yes it was in deed different and then he recited my usual order from memory and I said yup that’s what I usually order. That moment spoke volumes about the pride they take in their work.

It feels good to be seen and recognized as a regular customer. Experiences like this are what sets this location apart. I visit other local Starbucks occasionally but this Is the one I choose as my “home base”and it’s a large part of why I do. Kudos Latham Plaza Starbucks For the consistency, attentiveness, and outstanding customer service.

Det endte dog med en venlig opfyldning uden betaling hvilken selvfølgelig også var rimelig da den smagte ret vandet.
Forstår ikke lige hvorfor man ikke bare laver en god chokolade man vil blive husket på ?
Nu er det anden gang jeg er blevet skuffet så det bliver nok ikke her jeg bestiller den varme chokolade mere desværre …

I am one of the customer who likes to enjoy going to Starbucks for hot chocolate or coffee. Burnley Barracks branch is my local store, I have to say that the staff there are more friendly than any where else, they are helpful, efficient, and with great positive attitude especially Kirsty, Rhiann, Latifah and Joel. I strongly believe that Starbucks should be very proud to have dedicated employees like these employees.

On the 21st July I visited the store by myself as I had to do some things that day even though I’d been discharged from hospital the day before and was feeling a little low I thought I’d treat myself. I was served by a lady who did not once make eye contact with me, asked me to pick up my own products and put them by the scanner she then proceeded to say “twist, twist” in a rude manner if she had given an ounce of customer service she would have looked up and realised I had bruises all over my hand but startled I twisted the product so that the barcode was facing to be scanned. When I shown I had the Starbucks app she didn’t seem most pleased she had to scan that also that was the impression I got. She then gave me my drink barely saying a word. I do believe it was because she was on her own however it made me think you never know and should always show kindness. A blonde staff member then came in to assist and was very kind calling everyone endearing names such as “sweetie” and completely changed the off putting environment-well done to her. I thought it was important to mention although not to name and shame so that all Starbucks staff can think to give a little smile and say hi.

The Starbucks in St David’s, Village Hotel Ewloe, Chester is excellent. This is made possible by the hard working , efficient staff there. These include Donna, Pippa, Lauren, Jess, Liv, Louis ,Sarah, Helen, Katen, Laren2, Olivia. These members of staff are outstanding and work extremely hard to please all customers and make them welcome. I enjoy an excellently made coffee there as often as I can. The staff deserve a huge thank you. It must be one of the most pleasantest coffee places in the country and I have been in a lot.

There were insufficient of the correct size cups for tea, so an oversize cup was given. When I suggested that another tea bag would be needed, the assistant gave me a sneer and reluctantly gave me another.
But even with two bags the tea was insipid. This was in the Corby branch near Asda.

Starbucks in Wooferton is an absolute mess ! The most filthy coffee shop I have ever seen ! It looks as if the floor hasn’t been swept or washed for days ! Tables mostly needed clearing and all needed wiping ! The choice was a dirty table or a filthy dirty table ! And Kate was miserable to say the least but who wouldn’t be if working in that environment?!

Very slow sevice , cakes very small . Flat white very very disappointing. Nothing flat about it .
