Jeg var inde på starbucks i fredriksberg centret 16 november kl 14 og ville bestile en kaffe og damen var så ligeglade med os og slet ikke lage mærke til os og gik rundt og snakkede med de andre ansatte virklig uhøflig rødhåret der hed fenna

As my wife was shopping in Sainsburys next door, I popped into Starbucks. Very clean and quite organised although the one negative is that there is no clear indication where to order from and where to pay. This is my first time in this particular Starbucks so I was unaware.
I suggest having hanging signs above the order and pay points to prevent customers hanging around in the wrong area of the counter. Drink was excellent BTW

Visited Starbucks cheadle hulme yesterday refused cash and said card payment only then ordered latte, smoothie, fruit toast and banana bread, problem starbucks staff said no strawberry jam available , latte coffee absolutely awful banana bread dry and worst I have ever tasted fruit toast ordiinary and bottle of smoothie poor product. perhaps someone from Starbucks why put off customers with these practices and quality issues.

Good service and pricing. Never had any issues with my order.

i can't say that it's the best coffee shop. everytime it's freezing inside. i know they do it for a reason. if you make you coffee expensive comparing to others the quality of the coffee must be the best but it's not the case

Their home capsules are also great as they are actually the same as nespresso's (same provider).

Your prices are just ridiculous and pretty comical. Your drinks are okay. They aren’t anything spectacular. I asked for a banana and coconut frappe and YOU don’t have banana or coconut?!?!?!?!?? YOUR FREAKING STARBUCKS AND YOU DON’T have banana or coconut flavors!?!?!?! Maybe take the hundreds and thousands of dollars you made off from me and buy some freakin banana and coconut flavoring!

Always a nice place to sit and relax with friends. But I have to say it is a little expensive for coffee...

I wrote to the top managment of Starbucks on 8.8.2020 including kelvin Johnson, Vivek.kocallag, Vivek.Varma I am not sure whether I am from Hong Kong, therefore, they simply ignore my complaint without even bother to send me an acknowledgment. I do not have a feeling of bieng humiliated for they show how civilized and sophisticated they are. Not even the Maxim Group or Dairy Farm take any action after my lodging of complaint on 10.8.2020. After a lapse of 4 days, a simple complaint like that, no response, no handling! Share my feeling and patronize another cafe where you are valued.
