Reliable
We purchased a stannah stairlift six months ago after reviewing the available alternatives.
We are very happy with our choice which is robust, well built and reliable. It was fitted without fuss by two very efficient and friendly engineers who ensured that my wife understood how to operate it. Since then she has been able to go ‘ upstairs’ whenever she want too. We have recently received our first maintained service which was also efficient.

The engineer was brilliant
The engineer was brilliant, efficient, polite and carried out the service quickly and cleanly.
Whilst I'm very happy with the service, I feel that the price of the contract exploits the elderly and disabled who are on a limited income. £400 is a lot of money but I cannot be without my stairlift so I have no option.
I do realise that you give 24/7/365 cover but still feel it's expensive.

My whole experience with Stannah has been very positive from my initial contact to final completion and fitting. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. People arrived on time, gave clear and detailed information and at no time did I feel rushed about making decisions. They made sure I was happy about my choices and eventual use of the completed installation.
