Fabulous service and stair lift
Fabulous service and stair lift. This is the second stannah stair lift we have since moving house. We could not take the old one as the new house needed a curved stair stairlift to be installed. Yes they are slightly more expensive but quality comes at a price. Thank you so much Stannah. Delighted with our choice.

Excellent sales presentation. No hard sell! Many choices from basic product, available as either new or pre-used, the latter absolutely as new.
Installation was on time, quick, clean and efficient and we are delighted with the ease of use and the whole product.

Very good engineer who fitted the stair lift. This now means a disabled person can now get up stairs easily.

I would like to thank the engineer for putting me at my ease and for being so thorough with the service. The chair is not used as much as it used to be but he assured me that as long as it is used once or twice a week it will be fine.

Chris the salesman was excellent in that he explained everything very clearly. There was no pressure to buy, he arranged everything. However unfortunatley the electrician did not turn up and we had to chase him through a sub contractor. The electrician eventially turned and was first
class.Barry the stairlift engineer explained thoroughly what he was going to do and completed it efficiently and in a friendly manner,in conclusion i am competely satisfied with my stannah stairlift. Rod Downs.
