Without Spotcap it would be difficult to keep up with overheads on those 'rainy days'. It is such a simple process and even better it's all completed online. I would highly recommend Spotcap to ANY small business :)

Spotcap promised a very speedy turnaround on my application, 2 days later after applying I was still kept waiting as their online system could not log into both my accounting software and bank account as needed in order to finalize my application. Finally they got in (fix your website issues for gods sake!) only to be told 'sorry, can't help you'. Although the application being declined was baffling to me as my business has a strong revenue stream and has no defaults, what angered me the most is how they delivered the news. I think I deserved an explanation as to why my loan was declined rather than just getting a cold 'computer says no' response. And it was only for 10K for gods sake!

I'm now wondering if Spotcap are more in the business of 'data brokering' than lending to businesses?

Won't be back...EVER!

A lot of what is said in the follow up by Spotcap is simply NOT TRUE and has made me even angrier now! My application was declined probably within an hour after it was finalized online. Even if you did try to contact me (which I strongly deny anyone did) why did you not give me the chance to call you back? Instead you declined the application based on 'god knows what?' and did it in such an awful hurry for some reason (more interested in data brokering perhaps?) and lacked any decent communication or explanation (which I think I deserved after the rather painful application process as explained originally). I think you're not being very honest about your follow up comments and telling some porkies to try and get out of the terrible way you handled my application.

I'll leave things at that!!!

Very simple process and easy to deal with and get my request approved. I only needed to speak to someone at the very end for confirmation, everything else was done and processed online quickly which I prefer.

I can't say I am a huge fan of lenders so am very surprised that I am giving SpotCap 4 stars! Everything is done online which makes the application process pain free and the website is extremely user friendly. They were willing to negotiate on the terms of the agreement. I also love the fact that nothing is hidden - you know exactly how much your repayments are going to be BEFORE you draw down on the line of credit (it shows you the exact repayments when you go to draw down the funds). Also the fact that you only pay interest on what you draw down on, not the entirety of the loan. It would be 5 stars but my only very small critique is that it did take slightly longer than 24 hours to get me a response, but it was the next day so can't complain too much. Thanks SpotCap - it is very rare for me to write good reviews so this is well deserved!
