I felt overal it was a positive experience and quick. This was imprtant to me as we needed to know if we had to look at other options. Because it was the first time I had used something like that I did feel a little uneasy releasing banking info, especially with te amount of scams that are on the market today, but everything went perfect.

Spotcap acted quickly and honestly unlike several of their competitors who are not prepared to answer simple questions like rate until you make a formal application. This of course wastes everyone's time if you are diligent rather than desperate. Only negative comment is that I feel Spotcap are like most financiers where they rely heavily on past information rather than present and future therefore limiting what they lend. Overall, they are fair dinkum.
