First application was hesitant in regards to providing access to account and interest rates not clearly disclosed. After reading online reviews took the plunge. Application was pleasantly straightforward and access to fund was immediate following approval. Interest rate reasonable noting that the loan is unsecured and much more attractive than credit card rates and so called "short term lenders". Recommend do your research and ensure the loan meets your need as loan term quite short compared to mainstream bank loans. However ideal for short term purchases or temporary working capital without providing mountain of supporting information. A satisfied business owner.

Very impressed with the speed, clarity of information and service. The interest rate is a bit high. In reality, it is 5% more than an unsecured bank overdraft, that is if your Bank will give you one. The interface is wonderful.

My experience with Spotcap has been very professional, very convenient with a seamless online application process makes it very, very easy to use.

I would highly recommend Spotcap to anybody looking for a convenient and professional alternative to the Big Four Banks.

Their website states that they conduct a robust assessment of ones financial condition. Based on my experience this appears to be incorrect and very misleading.

They refused to even accept my application and i wasn't able to upload my bank statements at all. We last applied for a loan 10 months ago, at that time we were told we could reapply in 6 months. Again this statement was on their website and yet again it was misleading and simply wasn't true.

In the 10 months since we last applied our business turnover has increased in excess of 120%, however they didnt even wanted to know this at all, they simply refused to allow me to repay.

My advise gained from nearly 30 years in business is to totally avoid this business , there are far better options out there for small business funding.

Easy to deal with, straight forward onboarding process, helpful staff, transparent costs, easy to get an overview of total loan costs.
