Spamming with unsolicited emails
Spamming with unsolicited emails is illegal in New Zealand. The unsolicited electronic messages act 2007. But this outfit decided to email me via the NZ companies register promoting their services with an opt out link. That might wash in the USA but not here in New Zealand.

Spotcap have provided prompt service including approvals and a very competitive interest rate that is amortized not compounding which makes a substantial difference in interest charges.

Amazing customer service | Great Rate
Amazing customer service and was the same interest rate as CommBank & ANZ. I dealt with Fraser from Spotcap, hands down the best service I’ve ever had in my 5 years of business. He immediately answered every call, explained everything clearly for me to understand and made me feel truly valued, after spending months with banks having everything sorted with Fraser in 24 hours was incomprehendable. A definite asset to their company.

Read the documents very carefully. Very expensive mistake.
Read the documents very carefully.
They quote Interest COST. This is very different to interest RATE.
The rate is actually 1.9% per MONTH. Which is ~23% per annum! Not the 12.78% that they quote in the documents and over the phone.
Very expensive - stay clear.

Very easy to deal with. Sharing the bank details was a bit confronting, but having dealt with loads of banks this was good to see some sensibility toward small business short term cashflow lending
