I will never buy from Spanx online again.
I bought quite a few items and the pants were too big. I tried to return them online but after many attempts over many weeks i just couldn’t complete the procedure to be able to return them. Finally i called the company. The lady taking my call was very pleasant and explained that their system wasn’t working and she put a note on my file so i would get an Extention to be able to return the item after the 30 day window and said i would get an email when the system was working again. No email came in after weeks of waiting. Called again today get “ due to technical difficulties we cannot take your call”. It shouldn’t be this hard to return an item. I am so frustrated. I just want to get this return off my plate.

I received a striped tshirt and a nude coloured brief
Not even close to what I ordered!
Maybe it was another customer’s order?
Very disappointed

No response to emails. No functioning phone numbers. Credit card immediately charged but items never delivered to any shipper according to online tracking for UPS and USPS. THIS IS NO LONGER A REPUTABLE COMPANY. They literally are committing fraud by taking money and NEVER delivering the items and then ignoring emails and having no working phone numbers.

Ordered bathing suit bottoms, received quite quickly; however, too small. Really nice quality but really pricy - Paid $119.00 CAD. Hey, I thought I was worth it. Unfortunately, exchange not available. So returning only to find I have to pay a $15.00 restocking fee on an already over-expensive item! Only getting back $104.00. Won't EVER be ordering from here again and my friends will all hear about it. Sorry Spanx, your return policy is BS and you've lost a customer based on your ridiculous return policy.
Unhappy customer in CANADA.

I ordered a 17” skort online and upon receipt, the skort was 14”. Instead of just refunding me, I had to prove to them with photos it was in fact 14” and be inconvenienced into returning.

I ordered a pair of shareware on 6/4/2025, my account was immediately debited with the cost of this item. However, it is now 6/19/2025 and I have yet to receive notice of when the item will be shipped!! I have made several attempts to email customer service, with no response… My biggest regret is that I did NOT read the reviews BEFORE my purchase! Such a good company to be destroyed by BAD customer service! Oh, you cannot contact a human to speak with!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered their different styles of jumpsuits, in a few sizes to get the right fit, as well as some pants. For the past few weeks I’ve tried process a return for the items that didn’t work out, but they say their return portal is ‘down’. It has been down for a few weeks, this is shocking for a company of this size and reputation! The actual problem is that, unlike most other online retailers, they are not using other courier companies during this postal strike, and this forcing their customers to wait for the strike to be over before we can begin the return process! This is extremely frustrating, I explained that I am travelling over seas next week and won’t be back to do this return for over a year. That means I will have this huge charge on my credit card until then! They have not been the least bit helpful and this is extremely disappointing. I will never shop with Spanx again. There are many great shapewear companies that also take the customer into consideration, especially since this is the second postal strike in the last year and they handled it exactly the same last time!

Ordered and paid for a pair of pants and a top on May 14th, shipped on the 15th( only label created). Today, June 2nd tracking shipment it is stuck in GA since may 19th, called Fedex and only the sender is able to call for info, contacted SPAKS, they will wait 30 days!!!!! And offer a replacement by re send, asked for full refund, have to wait the 30 days!!!!!
FYI. I LEAVE IN PUERTO RICO, hence the excuse for the 30 days

I purchased the tummy control Spanx to wear for a cocktail dress at my granddaughter’s wedding. Extremely, extremely disappointed because it kept rolling down and EVERY photo shows the bulges where it rolled down. How horribly embarrassing to know these will be in my granddaughter’s photo album. Never again will I purchase from this company.

I purchased the ‘petite’ high waisted shorts and unfortunately this still came up to my boobs! So I had to return.
I paid £84.

To be honest I thought I would get the £68 as that was how much it was, not including the shipping (shipping was £12).

To my surprise I’ve been refunded £48. They do tell you that they take £20 off international shipping fee but I assumed this was from the overall £84. Not the £68.

Any international customer wanting to buy direct from Spanx. Stay clear. I should have read the reviews first.

I order the High Waisted mid thigh short but the fit was really bad. It kept rolling down from the back. I have a similar one from a cheaper brand and it doesn’t do that. I returned the item and I had to pay £20 so I ended up getting only 50% refund as you don't get a refund on the first shipping. Very disappointed with the product and I wasted £40.. never again, try M&S - better quality and price.

This pants are so ridiculously big. The size is completely off. I'm usually a Small size, so I ordered the SPANX supersmooth perfectfit pont wide leg and the Twill wide leg pant in a small. But these pants fit more like a Large on me. They are ginormous. I can't believe they can pretend that these are a Small size. No way. I'm returning them.

Was thrilled to receive my $200 pair of long black slacks from spanx ! Only complaint they were too long so had them short a little ! Washed them after wearing in cold water and they are now to short and super tight can no longer wear outside of my home !!! Buyer Beware such a shock and disappointment from a company like Spanex will not be ordering anything else at this point !!!

Your customer support line doesn’t have a real human to help with shipping issues. My order has a label but UPS has not received anything. I have sent many emails no response to those either! Absolutely the WORST customer service ever.

This is just a product review for the spanxs air essentials wide leg pants. They had so many high ratings that I wanted a pair for a long time and when the sale went on last December, 2024, I bought a pair for myself and for my stepdaughter. I have clothes that are less expensive, which I would expect to be lower quality that I’ve had for over 20 years without a problem. I take very good care of my clothing. I literally wore these three times, doing nothing of any significant stress or strain, nor was I around anything rough or that would typically cause any kind of pick in clothing and yet somehow ended up with a pic on the front thigh of the left leg and there’s a line showing in the fabric. As these are advertised as loungewear with very high ratings, I can say that they certainly don’t have the ability to withstand regular wear, or even in my case three times without being picked. The material feels soft, but it’s just not at all durable for the purpose. I kept the black pair because I also found that, although I a size 6 and very fit, the lighter colours seem to show every lump and bump on your legs. I gave the lighter colour pair to my stepdaughter. I wanted to write a review on their website, but I was not able to locate a place to leave a review. For the price of these pants, if you expect them to last you might want to reconsider. I have Lululemon groove pants that I bought when the store first opened and I take care of them and they’re still, all four pair, quite wearable. The style of the air essentials wide leg is very nice and flattering, I am just concerned that the quality of the fabric doesn’t withstand leisure wear lifestyle in my opinion.
