I have been a loyal Spanx customer for years, and while I’ve always loved the incredible quality of their products, their customer service team recently reminded me why this brand is truly in a league of its own.

After submitting feedback about a recent order, I was blown away by how quickly and genuinely their team reached out to make sure I was happy. Terrible. I can’t get in touch with anyone in customer service. I keep getting sent to customer or another one which I have to pay for each one. It does no good. This pissed customer said that Spanx is not answering them. They don’t care. The problem was that spanx was ordered by Shop and then it was sent to Spanx. Spanx sent it out. I have a tracking number with UPS. It’s stuck in the middle of nowhere and nobody can do anything about it. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.What do I do now?

This is my first order, and I was really impressed by the quality, production and design of the pants that I ordered. It does what it says it does, it is engineered for comfort. Looking forward shopping again with this company.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I recently received from Spanx.

My order was misdelivered by UPS to the wrong address. After confirming the issue, I reached out to Spanx by email. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly their customer service team responded. They immediately verified the carrier issue and shipped a replacement the very same day without making me jump through unnecessary hoops or questioning my honesty.

I would especially like to recognize Violet, who handled my situation with professionalism, empathy, and remarkable efficiency. She took ownership of the issue from the very beginning and made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly easy. Employees like Violet are a tremendous asset to your company, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

As it turned out, UPS eventually recovered the original package and delivered it to me—but only after Spanx had already shipped the replacement. As soon as the original package arrived, I contacted Spanx to let them know because I didn’t want them to incur an unnecessary loss. Their willingness to trust their customers and resolve the situation so quickly speaks volumes about the company’s values.

Outstanding customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Spanx has absolutely earned my loyalty. Their products are fantastic, but it’s their customer care that truly sets them apart.

Quality. Finally!

Bought the SPANXsupersmooth® Undie-tectable®
Supima® Cotton Brief, they are super expensive. They're supposed to be undetectable, but the fit is not the best. I'm slim and workout, and these are the only briefs I have that mark my thighs. The lower part is see through.

I bought them because I wanted to switch to a higher quality material, but these are not comfortable and don't look good. You are not able to leave a review only either, they filter and post positive reviews only.

I bought 3 camus and 3 tanks. Also, 2 longer tanks.
Excellent quality and fit

I was very disappointed with my recent experience ordering from SPANX⁠. Not only did I receive the wrong item, but when I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, my original order was canceled instead of being corrected or replaced. This left me without the product I had purchased and forced me to start the ordering process over again. Overall, this experience fell short of my expectations for a premium brand. I hope SPANX improves its order fulfillment and customer service processes to better support customers when mistakes occur.

The clothing is really good quality and a great fit

I considered a 3 star but opted for 4 because they are at least overall comfortable versus the leonisa brand also rated to do about the same body contour and slimming wise. I bought the SPANXshape® BodyLine Cropped Leggings with Mid-Tummy Compression version of these. Dont love the lack of pockets but I was aware they didnt have any so I cant complain (I just think all leggings should have at least 1 pocket) anyway, these are definitely a snug fit as they should be, they rise high enough to adequately smooth where it counts with no noticeable awkward or bulky seams....that said. The top of the waist band rolls. Rolls easy and constantly when sitting even let alone moving and for me that kills a pair of leggings super fast. I take yoga and boxing classes plus my mom of a toddler and 2 rottweilers life at home. I dont care for constant having to adjust my leggings especially out in public with high waisted bands as I have to lift my shirt almost to an indecent level to do so, I am not a show the world my sports bra type of girl. Normally I would give a 3 star over the rolling band but because these do smooth out those pesky love handles and post partum leftovers without squeezing the life out of me like the leonisa did I opted to do 4.

Extremely disappointed in this company

Mijn beste vriendin is al jaren zéér enthousiast over de spanx boxer. Een aantal weken geleden besloot ik ze ook te proberen. Vond ze vrij duur maar was erg nieuwsgierig! Sinds vorige week draag ik een spanx. Toegegeven, ze zitten heerlijk. Echter, na de derde wasbeurt ( geen droger!) is de naad helemaal losgekomen. Kan deze spanx helaas weg doen en daar zijn ze te kostbaar voor. Gebrobeerd om via de site de klantenservice te bereiken maar echt niet te vinden… daarbij, ik kan de bon niet meer vinden dus kan niet aantonen hoe ‘ nieuw’ de slip is. Dit kan een gevalletje pech zijn ( en daar ga ok vanuit) maar het feit dat het zo lastig is om contact op te nemen en een oplossing te vinden vind ik erg teleurstellend. Ik vind 30 euro weggooien na drie keer dragen toch echt een probleem. Hopelijk komt er een oplossing want nogmaals, het draagcomfort is prima!

Aanvulling: de klantenservice van Spanx heeft een voucher voor de boxer verstrekt. Keurig!

Impossible to contact for help. Unresponsive customer service…Been trying for several days.
Product isn’t worth the frustration of dealing with customer service.

I have found through trial and error that the traditional style Spanx pants are perfect for me. However, the newer styles like Air Essentials are cut completely different and do not fit like the pictures show. They are much bigger and are not conducive to slim figures. I weigh 120 and I’m 5’7”. I need slim fit clothing.

I have bought many, many items from Spanx but my all time favourite right now are the Spanxsmooth On the move pants. I wish they were available in 10 colours. I think I would buy one of each. So comfy, never wrinkle, and look more polished than leggings or jogging suit pants.

Shipping is horrible with fit closely following. It takes about two weeks for your order to arrive and if you do a return it takes just as much time. For clothes this expensive, I would expect a better returns and refunds process.
As for the clothes, they look nice, but just an odd fit, especially for the brand to be known for fit and shaping. Either they fit around the waist and abdomen and too baggy in the rear and thighs or they fit in the thighs/rear but too tight around your waist. Horrible. It would be nice to share the models dimensions as well.

The best ladies clothing brand, made for real womens bodies! Quality items and GREAT service, thxspanx!

Material
The fabric of the WellSuited line appears so far to be of good quality.

Fit
The sizing is quite off. The difference between a small and medium pant is rather large, which means one either gets a good looking, but extreme compression and uncomfortable pant, or an overly loose-fitting but comfortable pant. The shoulder size of the WellSuited blazer jacket is bad. I ordered my usual size and the shoulders were too padded and so large in width that they were hanging off of my shoulders - and I have broad shoulders to begin with! The rest of the jacket fit was good so likely the next lower size will fit in the shoulders but be too small everywhere else.

Packaging
The items arrived very poorly packaged and wrinkled. They were not folded, and there was no tissue paper placed in the folds to keep the material from creasing and rubbing against itself - in stark contrast to EVERY other brand at the same price point.

SPANX! I LOVE THEM! Every time I am never disappointed. The fit, size, color everything! It’s so well made, quality the best! Thanks, Barbara
