There is actually NO customer service. If you call they give you canned answers that are basically roadblocks and tell you to go to the website. There is no chat person on the website...just more canned answers.
I paid extra for 3 day delivery on 4/9. It is 4/13 and the order has not left the warehouse. I wanted to reroute it to a different address since it will not be here on time. UPS wants to charge me $16.99 to change the address and a $59 "transportation" fee. You cannot talk to an actual person at Spanx. I will never be shopping with them again.

I ordered the French rib sleeveless jumpsuit and I absolutely love it. I ordered in another color. I washed it and hung it to dry and it dried beautifully, wrinkle free. It’s so comfortable and flattering

Recently purchased two matching sets however the qualities is poor and the material is cheap. The quality was the same as the $20 matching sets I can get at Costco. There’s absolutely no lifting or shaping in these matching set as indicated. Extremely disappointed in the quality and fit. Spanx obviously do not stand behind your products. Unfortunately, I purchase it on sale, but it was still very pricey and I’m stuck with it.

I had an issue with pants that I ordered from Spanx and instead of being rigid with their rules, the associate immediately offered to help. And she did. I keep returning to this company because of great products and great customer service. That seems difficult to find now days.

I bought the Air Essentials wide leg pant. Very nice! I’m 5’4” with a 30” inseam. Did my research for the right size and got the petite inseam as IT SAID it was 30”. Got the pants and measured the inseam at 27”! That’s a huge discrepancy! Disappointed I have to reorder and wait another week.

I ordered the new minimizer bra and it was at least 2 sizes too small. I was so disappointed and have returned it. Essentially I paid $72 for a bandaid. From now on I will order elsewhere. I am 5’5 and weigh 136 pounds. So my size was not the issue. I hope this helps.

This was my first experience purchasing from SPANX, and unfortunately it was disappointing.
I purchased the AirEssentials Luxe Barrel Leg Pant in Very Black as part of a matching set. After the first wear and first wash (following care instructions), the pants developed a seam failure, indicating a manufacturing defect.
Customer service acknowledged the defect and issued a refund for the sale price I paid. However, the matching style and color were out of stock, so I was unable to replace the pants or maintain the coordinated set. The alternative colors and styles suggested did not match the top I had already purchased, and I was told that a replacement, store credit, or price adjustment on a comparable Very Black style was not possible once the refund had been processed.
The only additional accommodation offered was a standard 15% promo code and a free return on the top if I chose to return the entire set. While the responses were polite, this resolution left me either with an incomplete set or needing to repurchase matching items at a higher price due to a defect that was not my fault.
SPANX followed policy, but the handling felt rigid and did not meaningfully acknowledge the inconvenience or loss of value caused by a defective item. For a premium brand, I expected more flexibility and a more customer-first approach when a product fails immediately.
As a result, I will not be repurchasing and will be moving to alternatives brands that align more closely with my customer-first values.

I recently needed to exchange an item I received as a gift. The cut was a bit short but there was a small stain on the front which was the bigger issue. My Customer Service experience was stellar! Not only were they quick to respond, but they followed up again because I wasn't able to respond back immediately. Then, they issued a credit and didn't ask me to send the item back. I had no issue sending the item back, but I appreciate the ease Spanx extended me. Furthermore, Spanx followed up again once the Store Credit was issued. In general, across the board, Customer Service is suffering these days. My experience with Spanx's Customer Service was top-notch and worth the praise. I hope others are able to have the same experience with them as I did.

The airism pants are horrible!! They last one wash and then the butt starts pulling. If you sit on anything, it pulls they are absolutely defective!! I did not even sit on anything rough and they pull you cannot wear them outside! Also, you cannot leave a review on the website so they do not reflect how awful they are. And overpriced.

No customer service at all. No phone number to contact a person. Order from a place you can actually speak to someone. For a company that charges these prices it’s ridiculous not to even be able to get help. I do not want to email them. The web site has been down. Just says sorry web site down. I am unable still to process a return. Yet no problem at all if I want to buy something. Sooooooo frustrating. Lululemon has much better customer service

The customer service is very poor. I had an order delivered, they didn’t fit. I contacted them, they told me how to return. I later received an email saying they received the order and would credit me within 5 days. That was over 2 months ago. I purchased their regular faux leather and their fleece lined faux leather leggings and to my surprise they’re both awful. The texture is odd and crackly and patchy and does not look leather like at all. Buyer beware, there’s a reason the black ones are all final sale only, because they’re very poor quality and Spanx intentionally filters out honest bad reviews.

I have several camis from different companies, but the Spanx is the worst. It feels like tight rubber. Supportive, body shaping camis should feel soft and comfortable. I am sorry that the one I bought is not returnable, as I will never wear it.

I ordered a pair of jeans, and I was very disappointed. The material did not feel good—it was extremely heavy and uncomfortable. The jeans were also much larger than expected, and the heavy fabric made them unflattering for any body shape. Honestly, they could make someone look at least 100 pounds heavier than they actually are. I would not recommend this brand, especially for jeans or clothing in general.

Received an email stating my order has shipped with a tracking #. A week later it still states label was created but hasn’t shipped. Spanx says they won’t look into it til it is 9 days after the email. Why send an email stating item shipped if it wasn’t?

I ordered the end of year clearance for the track suits. Not in my price range but disappointed in all the others. Finally waiting to see if it lived up to the hype, fabric soft and fell nice but a tad bit short. I didn't realize it was a final sale until I placed the order. Now I see they sent me a petite. I wondered why they were so short, straight leg, I'm 5'3 and just hit my ankle.
I've never worn it yet but have removed the tags, going to call and see if they will take it back and send the REGULAR as ordered. If not I will never buy another SPANX again.. On the good note the suit lives up to the hype, comfortable, nice fabric but pricy.
Do the right thing please...
