I may never know what the quality of their products are, due to the fact my order has NEVER been received. Customer service is terrible about giving me an update. My order has been sitting in Ellenwood,Georgia for almost 3 weeks without moving. I’ve reached out to Customer Service who assures me that I should receive my package any day, but no updates. my order was placed on April 5.

I’m very disappointed in their shipping and lack of communication with their customer service department.

I may never order from Spanx again. Very disappointed.

Bought Spanx briefs in Brown Thomas Cork. The label says that they are Undie- Techtable as I was looking for no vpl briefs. The shop assistant assured me that they were no vpl briefs. However when I got home this was not the case and I could see the outline of these briefs through my skirt. The store has a no exchange or refund policy on underwear and I am now left with an expensive pair of spanx which are not fit for purpose.

Ordered petite trousers, leg length is still far too long. And not accurate to description online. Trying to return, but they want £20 return fee! Basically stealing.

Product ordered is NOT reflected accurately. Only ONE photo available for customers to view. Material MUCH thinner and see through, hole by seam first time I put on.

I order black medium perfect fit pants and got totally opposite white small classic wide leg pants. And this is my first experience to order from Spanks. So frustrating. Now have to spend time from my work to call to customer service.

I placed an order and after waiting for a month, the item was never delivered. I contacted customer service, they refunded and asked me to re- order again. I placed another order for which a tracking number was provided, and after another month the item was never delivered as scheduled. Contacted again. Spanx doesn't even know that Hawaii is the 50 th state and keeps repeating that it is only a territory and packages are sent via slowest ground mail. Supposed to be a reputable company but they are not up to par with similar companies.

I bought three pairs of expensive panties and they al ride up and give me an all day wedgie. They are the high leg contoured panties and awful. They will not take the back for a refund or return. DO not buy!

I am having the hardest time just trying to exchange an item, a bra to a different cup size. Anyone else? If so, any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I love the items I purchased, just need to exchange.

Purchased the SPANXsculpt™ Seamless Power High-Waisted Mid-Thigh Short based on positive reviews. Don’t waste your money these roll down the minute I put them on. So frustrating. Plus I didn’t notice a difference in smaller tummy or smoothing anything out. I also purchased the SPANXshape™ ExtraOrdinary brief and these are by far worth the money in my opinion. Full coverage in my mom gut and noticeable smoothing and slimming. The only downside is they create a back bulge where they sit on me. Still worth the full support and smoothing. I also tried the Thinstincts® Convertible Cami this was a waste of money so glad I got it when it was on sale for $19 vs full price. No smoothing of any kind. I got the nude it’s see through thought it would camo a bra under a white shirt but it won’t. Lots of reviews saying they had issues with delivery but I had no delay came when it said.

They use Fed Ex. First mistake. Like others complain the package gets stuck in Georgia. I ordered a different cami this time same size I usually wear. God God. I am 5'3" 105 pounds could hardly get it on. Who is this sized for? Midgets? Very uncomfortable and probably not healthy. Done with Spanx.

Don’t purchase sale items unless you’re 100% positive they will fit. I’ve had good luck in the past with purchases and bought a pair of flair jeans and they were the most uncomfortably tight jeans 5’9 145 pounds. I could barely get them over my legs and I ordered a medium. Big waste of money and now I’m stuck with them. If I can’t return, I’m not purchasing.

I placed an order Jan 20th. The order states it was shipped Jan 23rd via FedEx. The FedEx tracking shows they received the package on the 23rd and there’s been no movement since, package still sitting at FedEx facility in Georgia. That was 18 days ago. I tried calling the customer service number and all you get is recordings telling you to use the live chat button on their website. I tried that and it’s not live, it’s AI programmed not to help but to tell you to email them. I emailed them, got an automated email response that I would hear back between 24-48 hours and haven’t heard back after 5 days. This is the second time within a year I’ve had an issue/question, emailed them and never heard back. I guess Sara Blakey is getting rich by stealing our money. I would avoid ordering anything from them directly because if there is a problem you won’t get any help. Next step is to contact my credit card company.

You can't trust the reviews. They do allow for some criticism, but I wrote to warn customers about sizing and my 1 star reviews were not posted. The information on the site indicates TTS and yet the item I ordered which was final sale was 2 sizes too small plus the seam split at the rear. The panties used to be much better than they are now. I will no longer be a repeat customer and if you decide to give them a try, definitely do not purchase any final sale items.

I would absolutely never purchase anything from this company ever again. Three days after placing an order the tracking number wouldn't update. UPS says they never received the package. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve using their online help I tried calling. The number just spins you around and tells you to deal with it online and then hangs up on you. You never reach a person. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. You're better off ordering from a Chinese company. This is the worst representation of a US based company I may have ever encountered.

I bought a pair of black leggings on Jan 2, 2025. Over a week later, I checked to see where my leggings were, to find out that Spanx had my package returned to them, with no explanation. I emailed them because there is NO WAY to contact an actual person at Spanx. I received a canned response that required me to buy the leggings again…. So I did. Long story short, I repeated this process FOUR TIMES over the course of the next three weeks. I never received a response from a person, it was the same canned response over and over. I started including C Suite executives and then I got another canned response with a “discount” for my next purchase. HOW WILL I GET MY ORDER IF YOU KEEP HAVING IT RETURNED AND THEN MAGICALLY YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK???? NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO ANSWER ME BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE. Spanx customer service is the literal poster child for how to make loyal customers disappear. Also, sending me a “gift card” does no good because YOU WONT SHIP MY ORDERS TO ME. Id love a phone call, from a person, not another canned BS response, but that won’t happen. I can’t wait for Spanx “response” to email or chat with them, I have. It’s not actual humans. I’m still waiting on 3 of my returns, thanks for confirming my decision to never do business with Spanx again.

I think you could improve by not putting a time limit on reviews. I came back to your site to provide feedback after the 14 day time period and I am not allowed. To me 14 days is falsely making customers put in reviews before proper wear.
