This brand is one of my favorite because of their products.It has a great quality of fabric and it is so comfy to wear.Easy to move and versatile, can pair it in different occasions.

I am shocked by the other reviews on here! I find solid sizing with Spanx and I’m a cuuuurvy, tall gal. I can tell the company is intentionally incorporating customer feedback but consumers need to understand that takes time. Great pieces that wash and wear well!

I recently tried the Spanx High-Waist Tulle Shaping Short, and I’m honestly impressed! The quality of the Spanx brand is top-tier. Not only either products high-quality, but you can also count on customer service equally as high-quality.

I ordered three pair of jeans from Spanx.com all in the same size. Two were final clearance. All of the pants have a different waist size by almost 2 inches.

Super frustrated for final sale, “no return or exchange” items to have no consistency in sizing.

Shipping was very slow through FedEx.

Flare PantS are NOT a good purchase. I wore the pants once and they are piled already. The fabric is not quality and most definitely will not hold up for traveling. I wore the red pants for 5 1/2 hour flight and the blue pants for a 3 hour car ride and both piled on the first wearing . The customer service is very responsive but the pants are not built for traveling

I placed an order two weeks ago and still have not received my order. Reading the reviews it seems Spanx has an issue with shipping.

When a company reaches out to ask "how can we make the bad experience better?" and can we contact you directly, I am always hopeful. In this case, although words were offered, no follow-through was performed. That makes the review even worse. Sorry, Spanx, you struck out. UPDATE 9/30/2025: Spanx did reach out on 9/29. I made several suggestions as to how they can make it easier for buyers to get the right sizing the first time. We'll see if they make any improvements. It does not help me since they refuse to take back the pair of yoga pants I purchased on final sale. For the prices they charge for recycled polyester, you'd think they could come up with more accurate and understandable sizing. I most likely will not order from them again.

The product is not as it used to be, the shapewear. Very disappointed with this experience

I have ordered several times lately. The same style same size are sized so differently 1 inch difference in multiple pairs! I don’t understand your quality control!

This afternoon I received my strapless bra in the mail. I was professionally measured and wasn’t surprised to find my body hadn’t changed and I was still a 38C. I knew many things are cut smaller so I opted to order the bra in a 40C to be on the safe side. When I tried it on, the clasp would not meet. Using my tape measure I saw that instead of being 40 inches it was a mere 34. I checked the label and it clearly states 40C. Needless to say this item will be returned.

The website is very frustrating, it loads only a few items at a time, takes a long time to load and frequently goes back to the original page. I wondered if it was my internet or my device, but other sites are fine.

I do like the “carry on” pants and top but the shipping is really really bad.. my order took 11 days to get from Georgia to Ohio so if you place an order, don’t hold your breath

Worst ecomm experience of my life.

Great brand, GARBAGE service.

Received tracking showing item had been delivered, but it wasn't - I reached out to customer service and was asked to be patient and wait a couple days (these things happen) .

I followed up again with customer service after another week and was emphatically TOLD that I had refused delivery and that my package was en route back. I pointed out the obvious, that not only had I NOT refused delivery, I'd reached out about the lack of delivery - and requested my (very much desired) items be reshipped.

I was then told that my items wouldn't be reshipped and INSTRUCTED TO PLACE A NEW ONLINE ORDER for my items if I still wanted them. Except - the items weren't on sale any longer, so I'd need to PAY FULL PRICE if I still wanted them and NO, they would NOT process any refund until the return was reprocessed at their warehouse.

The CSR was the most abrasive person I've interacted with in recent memory.

What a wild deviation from standard e-comm service practices and what a MASSIVE HASSLE for nothing but disappointment and the added last-minute expense of having to find my own local solution.

I'll never order from them again, and I pass them up in the store now just on principle. There are too many GOOD options to be this BAD.
