Yes, at firstl was a bit skeptical about my online purchase but, l have to admit that l pleasantly surprised by my results. I was able to track my shipment every step of the way. The last message l received stated that the package was at my door snd lowe and behold there it was. Total process took about 9 days to arrive. Everything that l received was exactly as l ordered it. All the items fit perfectly. I am very satisfied with experience and would not hesitate to order from Soulmia again in the future

Заказывала футболку черную с принтом. Брала на размер больше, чтоб свободней была (не люблю в облипку), футболка пришла по размеру как хотела, принт великолепный, цвет глубокий черный. Качество отличное, очень мягкая, не ощущается на теле. Обязательно буду заказывать ещё и рекомендовать всем, кто заинтересуется. Компания супер, очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные ребята!

Ordered a summer dress then I read the bad reviews online and regretted my decision immediately. But the dress showed up in 2-3 weeks and it's actually really nice! True to size and looks just like the photo.

I order two dresses that ended up being
defective(one was bigger at the bust and the other was big at the waist) and not great quality(it saud it was polyester but still expecteda better fabric than what came).The customer support service was amazing. They replied immediately and offered me a refund or to resend the items. I chose the refund and i was issued in a few days. They even refunded me for the shipping costs. The shipping time was 2 days earlier than expected. Overall i would order again but only cotton fabrics.

The dress is really beautiful, I love it particularly the slit, it is not too revealing. It is very comfortably, very soft to the touch. I can wear the dress with no hussle. It is a perfect sundress for any occasion. The color is very mellow, true to its size. And it is what you see is what you get.

Es más cara que otras tiendas, toda la información está solo en inglés y la política de devoluciones es de las normales (no hay facilidades, pagas tú todos los gastos de envío).
Además de esto lo peor es que la calidad de las prendas es PÉSIMA. Evidentemente con estos precios no esperas gran cosa pero la tela en mi caso (sudaderas) parece directamente de disfraz barato (como espuma muy rara).

Aunque hay diseños aparentemente bonitos recomiendo no caer en la trampa y comprar en otras tiendas más fiables.

I ordered 2 graphic print t-shirts recently without knowing Soulmia, but I just loved the prints. Very nicely priced and low delivery costs to have it shipped all the way to Belgium. They arrived in perfect conditions about 12 days after I placed my order. The shirts have a high quality, which I never expected for such a low price. Will definitely order at Soulmia again!

This was my second order with Soulmia. As for the first order, no problem and great satisfaction. Colours, fabric, model of shirts and pants are exactly as showed online. There was 1 item missing and I was immediately refunded. All perfect.

My first order of tshirts was received quickly (about 2 weeks) and the material is true to size and the material is very soft. I have always ordered a size larger and you don't have to do that with these items. My second order took longer and as soon as I emailed them to ask where it was, they refunded my shipping and kept in constant communication if I got my order. That was amazing and I will surely order again from Soulmia.

Ordered two items. One fit perfectly and the other was obviously not the size marked. Customer service saved the day and refunded the incorrectly sized item.
